I will always find it funny that Zach Bryan is a country artist and yet most of his fans for "Something In The Orange" aren't country posters and at best Zach Bryan is polarizing as an artist and at worst he is pretty detested in the country forum. I will say I do find his music pretty great the more I have listened to it but he is a very acquired taste.

The one male country artist that has an all-genre following on here that’s 100% positive, and most of us hate the artist.

Yeah, it always completely baffles me what the non-country fans tend to latch onto within the country genre. Like, how the hell are you going to detest everything about the way that country music sounds, but then latch onto Zach Bryan, Chris Stapleton, Kacey Musgraves, and Eric Church like they are doing things that have never been done before?! Hell, even Brett Eldredge kinda gets that treatment now that he's released a couple flops obscure releases.

Like, I can completely understand country fans liking them. But has the Tik Tok crowd who has given Zach Bryan a career ever heard...literally anybody else sing country music? Name one thing that he does better than somebody like Alan Jackson. There is literally nothing, except for maybe being young. But they won't even have given Alan Jackson the time of day to even know that, because they "don't like Country music". (And the youngness criteria certainly doesn't give Chris Stapleton and Eric Church an advantage. Idk, there's just no rhyme or reason behind any of the things that the general public latches onto) 😂

It's more like the country forum has a non-mainstream taste in general, like if you go back in time, Gary Allan and Sara Evans aren't that popular in the scheme of things, and artists like Brett Young and Chris Young are usually overrated in rankdowns.

Also can you imagine the discussion this forum would have if it existed back when Willie Nelson had some commercial success 😂

I thought I was the only one who was puzzled by the popularity of Zach Bryan, but I'm glad I'm not.

Here we are at the deadline!!! I just got done entering a handful of lists, bringing us all the way up to 26 It seems like things are really starting to solidify, as our top 10 has barely changed at all with recent lists, and songs are only moving by a position or two with each new list regardless of how badly they were tanked (or how highly they were boosted!).

Still, I am confident that we will be able to hit 30 (or maybe even 35?!) if I give you through the weekend like I promised I would! So consider this your LAST CALL!!! I will be closing this on like Monday or Tuesday once I feel like I have heard from everyone who was interested!

This was my first time doing a rankdown this massive so yall will have to bear with me lol. Some of these I had never heard of before, but did listen to the ones I hadn't known, so some of them might be under/over ranked since I haven't sat with them for extremely long.
