Second Hot AC single from Planet Zero. Goes for Hot AC adds on March 6th. I think this is the first time they've released a single straight to Hot AC without it starting on Active?

I’m all for this if it means this song won’t get sent to active, since i really want Dysfunctional You to be the next rock single.

That said, Daylight didn’t really do a whole lot at HAC, so i definitely have my doubts that this would fare any better. But i’m all for more rock bands charting their songs in the pop world so i wish this song the best of luck.

Yeah, I never expected them to even reach the Top 20.

Definitely impressed and intrigued by this one! In the top 20 with a nice bullet, nearing top 100 on overall iTunes (only 6 spots behind Dean Lewis actually), closing in on 100k Shazam’s (in comparison, Kelly Clarkson ‘Mine’ is at 85k and gaining slower) and 5.4 million Spotify streams and gaining nicely; those are some decent metrics! My hopes are ideally is this gains it’s way into the top 15 and if its metrics keep gaining with more airplay, a top 10 peak wouldn’t be completely out of the question.

Dang now that this one peaked on pop, it’s fully taking off on AC- easily going to be a top 10, even looking like a top 5 looking at it already getting airplay from the top 5 markets there. And due to AC’s nature, I could see this one having some serious longevity as it’s already about to be their highest AC hit.

I think part of it is this wasn’t able to maximize its total audience with simultaneous multiformat airplay. It’s still getting about 100k daily Spotify streams so I can see this finishing around 50 million Spotify streams ( with all versions combined) when all is said and done.
