It could chart based on sales. Flowers did sell a lot weekly so it surpassing that song means decent sales are made. Plus it acts as a charity single (United24).

The new Em Beihold song is pretty good. Hope it charts, even if i would've preferred Em's second hit to be either Too Precious or a credit on Until I Found You.

The Die For You remix is also pretty good. And that might be because i consider Die For You a really good song, and sadly Ari drags this down a bit. It's probably just me, but her voice feels a tad too pitchy here. It doesn't help that she has considerably less presence on this remix compared to SYT, less interplay with Abel, and she disappears entirely when we get to the last chorus. Overall, i get why Abel is doing this, but I'm sticking with the original here, even if I'll admit i wish the original had the shortened intro this remix has, and this remix is still pretty solid.

It seems locked for a top 5 streaming finish atleast, and has enough radio that a #1 is possible. There's also the question of how well the sales are gonna be. Looking here, it seems like it's not gonna outsell Flowers yet (emphasis on yet)

Pretty big debut! I would think this is a lock for #1 on the Hot 100 now given "Die For You" still has significant airplay. Although I guess it depends on how well it holds up throughout the week. If it collapses (which I doubt it will) it may end up not being able to overtake "Flowers".

At least it shakes up the top of the Hot 100 a bit! Interesting to see if "Flowers" does fall from the #1 spot if it will rise back up with the release of Miley's album in a couple weeks. It's still doing very good streams/sales and its airplay is likely to peak at 110 million+. If it holds its large airplay total for a while I could see it falling from #1 then returning on multiples ocassions similar to "As It Was".

i agree with everything except for maybe returning to number 1 occasionally. Just because i think kill bill would have similar radio numbers with her by that point and kill bill’s streams are higher/seem to stabilize far longer than flowers. even tho the former hasn’t reached number 1, i do think it’ll outlast miley in the coming weeks

He wasn’t really all that big to begin with… at least not yet. If Don’s fanbase and interest continues to grow then he’ll eventually get there. It took Lil Durk almost a decade to one day finally get the big mainstream breakthrough. I’m sure Don can do it in less time but he will get there if things play out right.
