honestly for me the worst part of this song isn't even the extremely tired "big cities just let violent crime happen all the time, but small towns don't let that happen!" cliche or jason aldean once again having the most 5/10 voice around, but the fact that the song is just extremely cynical controversy bait. everything about it just screams "I'm quickly turning into a legacy act so let's just get maga chuds to buy our shit". it's like the 6ix9ine approach for country music.

I have seen "defenders" of this song on YouTube from critics, and I'm still... baffled. Even if you somehow resonate with some of the anti-capitalism lyrics, it still sounds like horseshit. And then he destroys his credibility in the second verse anyways. Stream "XS" by Rina Sawayama instead.

Thank GOD. This one is just awful. Both TTIAST and this have HORRIBLE messages so atp you just have to go by which sounds worse and this one sounds worse I fear.

Also TTIAST and RMNOR both sound worse than any of the other 98 anyway. Both two of the worst songs of all time and easily the worst two hits of the decade so far.
