Just sent mine in. Much better year than previous years. breakdown as follows.
1-20 Stellar
21-40 Equally good songs. Could've and charted some of these.
41-70 decent to passable, but I wouldn't search them out.
71-80 Songs I enjoy tanking,and don't think being melodic saves them.
81-90 Only in those slots , because there are ten songs worse than those.
91-100 My bottom tank. These are songs I consider pretty much torture to listen to.

My favorite new rediscovery is way up at #15. In fact I will start charting it once it appears on the Rank down.

Jeepers creepers, where did you get that BALLOT UPDATE? Why, I got it from synthesizing the lists of Fire, willapted33, bbfan97, rowellfarm490, and Beno, of course. (Doc Indie Party Rock, you submitted just slightly too late enough that I don't want to rewrite what I had started writing here, so you'll be featured in the next ballot update.)

~ This update leaves us with only 1 song that hasn't crossed the 100 point mark. The top 89 all have 400 points, the top 56 have 800 points, the top 29 have 1200 points, and the top 5 have 1500 points.
~ The 2 songs to never exit the top 10 are at #1 and #5. The song that was #2 at the end of the previous update was replaced by a song that was momentarily #2 for Goober's and Wrip's lists. The stable #1 is ahead of this new #2 by only 16 points, and #2 is barely beating #3 by 1 point. #10 is 16 points ahead of #11.
~ The 6 songs to never leave the bottom 10 are the bottom 5 and #93. The song that spent the longest time at #99 has risen all the way to #96, and the current #99 is a song whose last appearance at the position was the very first movement! #100 is in a far deeper hole than its prior deficit to the old #99--it is 56 points behind this #99, and for extra measure, it's 330 points behind #90. And even the #91 is slipping away from this #90, being 42 points behind.
~ The three highest standard deviations are #46, #53, and #71. The 2nd highest SD remained steady, but the highest and 3rd highest swapped places. A bigger change happened among the lowest SDs. #100 is still the lowest SD and #1 is still the 3rd lowest SD, but the 2nd lowest SD at #98 is a song that was never before in the 3 lowest.

We finally have more than 20 submissions, so it's time for another BALLOT UPDATE! Today we examine the impact of Doc Indie Party Rock, @trilogy, BlurryKyle, DadJokes, and maine.

~ Surely #100 will have more points than the numeral of its position eventually, but the fact that it still hasn't...well, that just says it all. We have 86 songs with at least 600 points, 56 with at least 1000 points, 38 with at least 1400 points, and 10 with at least 1800 points. The 2000-point mark has been crossed solely by the top 2 so far.
~ In terms of songs to never leave the top 10, the one at #3 is creeping closer to the one at #1. #2 has not changed hands since Beno's list. #1's lead over it is shrinking--now only 12 points--but #2 isn't any safer in its supremacy over #3, with a gap of just 2 points. #10, on the other hand, is in a slightly stronger state, being 35 points ahead of #11.
~ The 6 songs to never leave the bottom 10 are the bottom 4 (yes, one of these cave-dwellers might be making a move), #95, and #93. Like at the top, #100 and #99 remain the same songs, and they are now 85 points apart. And #90? Forget it--the #100 would need 427 points just to tie. The edges of the bottom 10, though, have seen some activity, and #91 is only 2 points behind #90 at present.
~ A totally new song flew into the seat of highest SD. It is at #20, shifting the former highest and 2nd highest to 2nd highest and 3rd highest, which are currently at #47 and #54. Meanwhile, the two lowest SDs have not changed and are at #100 and #95, but the 3rd lowest SD is no longer the crown song--instead, it is #92.

I have to admit, with everything that has been happening in my real life affairs and on the forums, I just haven't been able to keep up. As promised, here is another BALLOT UPDATE! The last quartet before the final-day rush consists of Butterflies & Hurricanes, kanubow, reputainbow, and macattack.

~ Simply through sheer number of submissions, finally every song has triple-digit points. 80 songs have at least 800 points, 56 songs have at least 1200 points, 32 with at least 1800 points, and 5 songs have at least 2200 points.
~ For the first time, #1 is not being held by either of the songs to never leave the top 10--those songs reside at #2 and #3. The new #1 has been waiting at #2 since bbfan's list and reached the top after Tom's list. However, it is only ahead of the new #2 (which was one of the previous songs to be #1) by 3 points, so it is not likely to stay there completely uncontested for the stretch run. #2 did break open a wide gap between it at #3, which is now 57 points behind. With #10 only being 16 points ahead of #11, the bottom of the top 10 continues to be a battleground.
~ The 6 songs to never leave the bottom 10 are the bottom 4, #94, and #93. #100 and #99 have not moved position-wise, but points-wise, #99's buffer has grown to 108 points. #90 clears #100 by 530 points now, and it's also safely above the bottom 10 in general by 64 points.
~ The highest SDs are at #23, #44 and...#27? Yes, 3rd highest SD is a brand-new song. Lowest SD is still #100 by a mile, but the 2nd and 3rd lowest SDs swapped songs, and are #92 and #94.

Alright, time to write this BALLOT UPDATE before it gets too late and the number of people featured gets too bloated. It's already jam-packed enough since we have to recap the action after Geometrical, Leo ✔, alexcuse, 🌺CountryLineDancer, khan, MoD, CarnoTorrential, Leaf, and samo🦕. This will be the last ballot update, by the way. You're in the dark for what happens after this.

~ #100 hit 200 points far quicker than it took to reach 100 points. Still no real accomplishment when the top 85 have 1000 points, the top 61 have 1500 points, the top 45 have 2000 points, the top 23 have 2500 points, and the top 4 have 3000 points.
~ Neither of the top 10 constants are in the top 2 anymore, but they occupy the rest of the top 4. The #1 stunningly never changed once in this timespan, but is now being trailed at #2 by a song that was last in that position after Willapted's list. It is ahead of the new #2 by 77 points, while #2 is beating #3 by only 14 points. Meanwhile, #10 is ahead of #11 by 55 points.
~ The 6 songs to never leave the bottom 10 are the bottom 3 and #95-93. #100 remains immovable, but a song that was last #99 after Willapted's list has returned to this position. The hole #100 is in actually shrunk to 92 points. However, it is 656 points behind #90. #90's lead over #91 is just 22 points.
~ This update saw the most change in the noteworthy SDs category. The highest SD is the same song at #23. The 2nd highest SD is #54--a song that was last in the three highest SDs after James's list. And the 3rd highest SD is once again a brand-new song, now at #16. Meanwhile, the three lowest SDs? Completely wrecked. They are at #69, #2, and #96. None of these songs have been among the three lowest SDs before.
