It’s been 10 years, how is she still making the exact same song? What’s funny about this is that I remember in interviews for her 2nd album “Thank you” that she wrote songs that the label thought was great but sounded too much like the first album, so they encouraged her to go a different direction for the record…only for her to wind up returning to that original sound the second she lost relevance, and to be fair it’s working well for her. |

A bop, catchy af. They're both lovely underrated people, and Meghan in particular attracts a lot of haters, so this song has my support 😊 Cool to hear T-Pain's less-than-usual autotuned voice, since he has a nice natural voice
It's okay for other artists to make similar songs, but God forbid if Meghan does it 🙃. She tried branching out her sound with songs like Wave and Let You Be Right (and Better!), but they were EXTREMELY underappreciated so

Plus, a 20 month gap between albums isn't anything abnormal ... if anything, we need more of that (some artists are taking excessively long breaks lately lol) |
