Goddamnit, when is "One Day" ever going to get its due in a rankdown
Of course we had to make room for one of 2Pac's weakest hits instead...

30. AmeriKKKa's Most Wanted - Ice Cube (37): This is cool and I like this well enough. Though it's also not a major favorite of mine. I like some other Ice Cube songs more but don't mind this ranking for it.
29. Thuggish Ruggish Bone - Bone Thugs-N-Harmony (27): Ah I haven't heard this song before, I think, but this was one of my favorite new discoveries. This is a pretty cool song and I liked the sound/feel of this. Still not one of my favorites from them but still good.
28. Not Tonight (Remix) - Lil Kim (8): Ugh boooo, not too pleased or happy with this reveal. Ah this song is iconic. It's so cool and legendary seeing all of these female rappers come together and slay it on this track. I enjoy what all of the female rappers bring on this song. Ouch at this having the 2nd highest SD too. Wish this could have done better and rank higher.
27. Don't Believe The Hype - Public Enemy (41): This is okay but it's not a song I really know or am that familiar with. I can get the hype and appeal for it but it would probably need some more listens for this to grow on me.
26. One Day - UGK (42): Ooh okay yayy I can deal with this reveal here. This is fine but again, another song that didn't really stand out to me.
My remaining spots: 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9 11, 12, 13, 14, 19 22, 25, 26, 28, 29, 30 31, 34, 35, 36, 38 45, 46
Overall, I guess this isn't too bad for how I usually do. I'm glad that I got a lot of my Top 10/15 songs remaining in the game. Rooting for any of those to win.

EXTRA
This song peaked at #18 on the rap chart in 1989 and features a young Jay-Z.

And we're back with more reveals! We kick off the second half of this rankdown with a song that will see two people lose a Top 10. Only one of you will lose a bottom 10...and it's a bottom 5.

24. Stronger - Kanye West"Stronger" was released in 2007 from his album Graduation. It topped the Hot 100 and peaked at #3 on the rap chart and #30 on the R&B chart, and hit #1 in four other countries. Samples "Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger" by Daft Punk, which itself sampled "Cola Bottle Baby" by Edwin Birdsong. It also paraphrased the quote "What does not kill me makes me stronger", which is taken from the 1888 Friedrich Nietzsche book Twilight Of The Idols, Or How To Philosophize With a Hammer. It won a Grammy for Best Rap Solo Performance. Kanye was sued by rapper Vincent Peters in 2010, accused of copying the latter's song of the same name. The case was dismissed, with the judge finding no substantial claims of copyright infringement. 25. It's Like That - Run-DMC (35): I'm not really familiar with this song and it was a new discovery to me here. Cool song but not a major standout for me. Fine with this showing up as it is one of my 5 lower remaining rankings.
24. Stronger - Kanye West (4): LOL Danggg, Kanye's earlier music tends to do really well in rankdowns yet this one barely makes it to the top half? Ughh what gives. Dang so sad to see this song show up as this is one of my ultimate and biggest favorite songs from Kanye. Love the electronic influences alongside how Kanye raps on this. Such a fun jam that I wish had done better here.
23. Nice For What - Drake (11): Love this song a ton too. Sadly, this is also one of the last songs of Drake's that I really loved and was crazy about. Lovee the "Ex-Factor" sample and how hard Drake goes on rapping on this. This is such a cool and fun jam and yeah just love the sound of this.
22. Express Yourself - N.W.A. (29): Okay this is one of those songs I think I forget and don't know but do recognize it when I hear it, specifically with the chorus. I am not too familiar with the song as a whole but I do still like it. Fine with this showing up though.
21. Triumph - Wu-Tang Clan (45): Oooh nicee yayy for my 2nd lowest remaining ranking show up now. And also fun fact is that I lost a song in my Top 10, 11-20, 20-30, 30-40 and 40-50 range, hahaha so at least it was all one song in each tens interval. Not too familiar with this song. It was alright but not a favorite of mine nor did it do much for me.
My remaining spots: 1, 2, 5, 6, 7, 9 12, 13, 14, 19 22, 25, 26, 28, 30 31, 34, 36, 38 46

Welcome back! The song at #20 is actually tied with #21, it's placed higher because it has a #1. On the flip side, someone will be losing a bottom 10.

19. White Lines (Don't Do It) - Grandmaster Flash & Melle Mel"White Lines" was released in 1983 as a standalone single. It peaked at #9 on the dance chart and #47 on the soul chart, and hit #7 in the UK. It used elements of the song "Cavern" by Liquid Liquid, and was sampled in Mobb Deep's "Quiet Storm" and 112's "It's Over Now". By the time of the song's release, Grandmaster Flash and Melle Mel were not on speaking terms, and Flash was in the process of suing Sugar Hill Records for back royalties. Permission to use "Cavern" wasn't cleared, which led Liquid Liquid's label 99 Records to sue Sugar Hill. Sugar Hill was ordered to pay $600,000, but ended up declaring bankruptcy soon after. Duran Duran covered the song in 1995. Apologies to 312999... 3 bottom 5s for Doomsday is absolute insanity
(although I'm not putting too much stock into one of them, since based on previous comments we can't even trust he heard the full song or ranked it based on his own opinion and not someone else's lmao)

How in the world did Doomsday make it that far? It just isn't a good song and is easily overpowered by most of the songs on this countdown, but whatever. I'm just glad it's finally gone.
In other news, it's interesting that the song Breakadawn instantly reminded me of the song Break of Dawn by Michael Jackson, only to find out it samples Can't Help It.

20. Day 'N' Nite - Kid Cudi (22): Oooh wow, I didn't realize that "Day 'N' Nite" was Kid Cudi's debut single. Or maybe I knew that but forgot over the years, lol. But this is a real cool and chill song. I dig this and the vibe of this. Good spot for this. 19. White Lines (Don't Do It) - Grandmaster Flash & Melle Mel (38): Not familiar with this song but with this being my second lowest ranking left, I have no complaints with this showing up. 18. Doomsday - MF DOOM (46): OMG I got so scared when I saw a song that had 6 Top 10 ranks and 3 Bottom 5 ranks. I knew and had a feeling that I would be one of those rankings - there was no way around it, lol. But ok yay glad it was my last Bottom 10 song and I got that cleared with this reveal! Don't know this song but it didn't do much for me while listening to it. Maybe it could grow on me if I heard this some more. 17. Let Me Ride - Dr. Dre (31): Not one of my favorites from Dr. Dre, but it's a cool enough song. Fine with this showing up as it's also another one of my lower remaining rankings. 16. Breakadawn - De La Soul (34): Omg wow, I am shook with how good today's reveals went for me as I'm never used to this, haha. I know for a great set of reveals for me, Imma lose lots of my favorites tomorrow. Anyway, this is an okay enough song. I don't know this song that well but I'm fine with this ranking for it. My remaining spots: 1, 2, 5, 6, 7, 9 12, 13, 14, 19 22, 25, 26, 28, 30 36

Sadly I just wasn't into "Doomsday" when I was listening to it.
