I feel like the latter is what’s slowly happening here, with the Sabrina route potentially being sprinkled on top. CHR/Pop radio seems to finally be getting with the program with GLB! moving up 4 spots on the rolling chart today, as was just updated above, so I feel like the more exposure she gets—being on Olivia Rodrigo’s tour was a huge catalyst in all this I think—the more people are gonna latch on to the campiness of her aesthetic and be locked in as fans. In turn, more people will want to hear it on the radio, which will lead more stations to add her if they haven’t already, which will lead to more airplay, more exposure, even more fans, etc. I feel like this has what it takes to go all the way and fully break her out, especially thanks to the OTV deal, and I do think from there is when she’ll be off to the races a la Carpenter.

I love that she's kind of a mashup of other artists but is very much carving her own lane as well. Love her voice and presence. I wish red wine supernova had blown up last year when it was released but at least it's getting noticed now.
