brb, still pissed at "Happier than Ever" never beating #11 when three other singles from that era did go top 10 and they're all kind of forgettable in comparison to the masterpiece title track.

Pleased it moved up to #2. Haven't been this invested in a song's chart trajectory in more than a decade.

I've known about Billie for years and heard some of her songs here and there but Birds of a Feather is the first one that really stopped me dead in my tracks. Not sure entirely why---but it's become my most listened to song of the year in just a few weeks. Nostalgic, hypnotic, charming, and heartfelt... I'm currently checking out her entire discography and it's been a real treat so far. Huge new Billie convert here. What a behemoth of a song.
