How good is this compared to other songs released around the same time? This didn't get a radio deal so it's a little behind some of the huge radio hits in the first week. I saw someone said APT has about 2.5m in audience on radio. Is this considered good or not? |

No wonder this songs melody in the chorus sounds so similar, its been done many times before, this melody does work. Yes, I believe that is the same melody that was used in Coldplay's "Viva La Vida" and IVE's "I Want." That has got to be the most used melody ever! Is this melody in the public domain? Are melodies (by themselves) non-copyrightable? I remember Ed Sheeran said chord progressions are not copyrightable, and if they were, he would need to quit music immediately. |
