All correct. 91, 90, and 89 remain. And we must be having some difficulty with these. All right, some supplemental clues: 91. When I said his name might remind you of ducks, I meant Disney ducks, specifically. Three of 'em. 90. About decelerated poker...what's one round of the game called? And then you reduce it's speed... 89. One of a couple of teen artists who made a big, but brief, impact towards the decade's end.

insect and Keith's guesses are correct. Guess no one got the Casey's Top 40 clue. "Lost In Your Eyes" debuted at #40 on the very first edition of that show on 1/21/89.
That just leaves #91. The Disney ducks are related to Donald.
Five more while you're pondering that one:
85. A duo that broke up at the end of the decade. One half of the duo snagged a top 10 hit in the early 90s while still recording under the group name. They've, since, reunited. This was their first hit.
84. An Irish quartet and a song from their Grammy winning album.
83. In 1989, his group Bad English topped the chart with "When I See You Smile". Five years earlier, the frontman did the same with this solo hit.
82. These days, you're more likely to find this artist judging other people's music rather than recording her own. Her very first chart topper.
81. Pop's biggest female artist. This song was her first to appear on a movie soundtrack. In this case, Vision Quest, which starred Matthew Modine.

#91 is by Huey Lewis & The News... I'm gonna guess "Stuck With You."

#91 is by Huey Lewis & The News... I'm gonna guess "Stuck With You." Yes. That's it! I was beginning to wonder what tactic to use if the duck approach proved fruitless. The ducks in question are Donald Duck's nephews -- Huey, Dewey, and Louie. The guy fronting the group (born Hugh Cregg III) had adopted the stage name "Huey Louie" after said ducks. That name, eventually, morphed into "Huey Lewis". In regards to the original clue I tried -- "Stuck With You" debuted all the way up at #21 on the R&R pop chart in the summer of 1986, setting a record for highest debut ever. That record was tied in 1992 when Madonna's "This Used To Be My Playground" debuted in the same position. The record was, finally, broken in 1994 by the #15 debuting "If You Go" by Jon Secada -- a record that still stands. Of course, all of those are for a 40 position chart. If a song were to debut at a higher position today, I'm not sure how it would be compared.

85. Tears For Fears - Everybody Wants To Rule The World 84. U2 - With Or Without You (I took the time to check your first post this time around...) :) 83. John Waite - Missing You 82. Paula Abdul - Straight Up 81. Madonna - Crazy For You All correct! No unanswered questions remain. That means we've reached the half-way point. Time to recap part 2: 120 Paula Abdul - Cold Hearted 119 Rick Astley - Never Gonna Give You Up 118 Phil Collins - Another Day In Paradise 117 Tears For Fears - Shout 116 Phil Collins and Marilyn Martin - Separate Lives 115 New Kids On The Block - I'll Be Loving You (Forever) 114 Paul McCartney - Coming Up 113 Sheena Easton - Morning Train (9 To 5) 112 Los Lobos - La Bamba 111 INXS - Need You Tonight 110 Paula Abdul - Forever Your Girl 109 Starship - We Built This City 108 Mr. Mister - Kyrie 107 Billy Ocean - Get Outta My Dreams, Get Into My Car 106 Grover Washington Jr. featuring Bill Withers - Just The Two Of Us 105 George Michael - One More Try 104 Ambrosia - Biggest Part Of Me 103 Wham! - Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go 102 John Parr - St. Elmo's Fire (Man In Motion) 101 Peter Cetera - Glory Of Love 100 Deniece Williams - Let's Hear It For The Boy 99 Kool and The Gang - Celebration 98 Cheap Trick - The Flame 97 Christopher Cross - Sailing 96 Journey - Who's Crying Now 95 USA For Africa - We Are The World 94 Air Supply - The One That You Love 93 Dire Straits - Money For Nothing 92 Mr. Mister - Broken Wings 91 Huey Lewis and The News - Stuck With You 90 The Pointer Sisters - Slow Hand 89 Debbie Gibson - Lost In Your Eyes 88 Whitney Houston - How Will I Know 87 Duran Duran - The Reflex 86 Starship - Nothing's Gonna Stop Us Now 85 Tears For Fears - Everybody Wants To Rule The World 84 U2 - With Or Without You 83 John Waite - Missing You 82 Paula Abdul - Straight Up 81 Madonna - Crazy For You And now, let's jump headlong into the top 80 of the 80s: 80. A Norwegian act with another of the decade's most memorable videos. It featured the frontman in the penciled pages of a comic book eventually fighting his way out into the real world. 79. Another chart topper from the artist at #151 and his last hit to do so. 78. The tune of this song was sampled in the late-90s for Pras Michel's "Ghetto Supastar". 77. When the ocean is at it's peak level and there isn't much beach left. 76. These hard rockers stormed onto the scene with this debut smash. They're an act that can be agreed on by both firearms dealers and florists alike.

Next: 75. This guy was the most recent recipient of the Song of the Year Grammy. This ballad is also a frequent long distance dedication. 74. The male in this duet also charted on another duet with Linda Ronstadt a few years later. 73. This song was covered by a backwards Joni in the mid-90s. 72. In 1975, she was the original "Lady Marmalade" and he would've been drinking "Black Water" had he been a member of that group at the time. 71. R&R's number one song of 1987.

#75 is, indeed, "Right Here Waiting". Keith got the rest, though. I feel like we're cruising through these, now:
70. This simple sentiment was only 7 digits away...or 9 if he had to dial the area code.
69. A song that used those red prickly flowers as a metaphor.
68. No, "Rio" is that city in Brazil. The first part of their name isn't pronouced that way. It's just letters. And this was the second of their two Billboard number ones.
67. The last number one for this "windy city" act. It's a song that is also far-removed from their signiture sound.
66. The Wilson sisters were big in the 90s. However this decade saw success from a different set of Wilson sisters. And, here, they'd like to be left by themselves.

70. Stevie Wonder - I Just Called To Say I Love You 69. Poison - Every Rose Has Its Thorn 68. REO Speedwagon - Can't Fight This Feeling 67. Chicago - Look Away 66. Heart - Alone I feel like FreakyFlyBry.

A clean sweep, once again. This is getting to be a habit. ;) 65. If they called themselve "No", they probably wouldn't have been as successful. The positive is always more desireable. 64. This song by a bay area act was written for the first of a "timely" trilogy of movies. The frontman also made an uncredited cameo appearance objecting to his own song. 63. One half of this act is the most recent recipient of the Billboard Century Award. Even more recently, she won an Oscar for one of her songs. 62. This former Supremes' most successful solo recording of the decade. 61. This spooky movie tune continues to get an increase in airplay every year around Halloween.

Holy, shit! I can't believe I didn't see this game. You should've made a notice about this in other heavily populated forums like you did with the 90's game. Oh well, at least I saw it now. Here are my guesses:
65. Owner Of A Lonely Heart/Yes
63. Islands In The Stream/Kenny & Dolly
62. Upside Down/Diana Ross

Chris just beat me to the rest... :)

I think #63 is "Sweet Dreams" by Eurythmics... but Annie Lennox won the Century Award in 2002 (Sting got it in 2003). ;)

All correct guesses. And, yes, "Sweet Dreams" is #63. "Islands In The Stream" was back at #78. Holy, s**t! I can't believe I didn't see this game. You should've made a notice about this in other heavily populated forums like you did with the 90's game. Welcome aboard! Actually, I did post a notice in the CHR/Pop forum. Guess you missed it. Fortunately, it's not too late to join in. 60 big hits to go: 60. The biggest of this British duo's three number ones. One half of this duo went on to massive solo success. The other half was never heard from again. 59. A purple one and his band who would like to be less than sane. 58. The final number one that Casey counted down in the 80s. 57. The first number one of the 80s for this prolific duo. It peaked a few years after their only chart topper in the 70s. 56. The one word you say when you're greeting somebody.

And as per my clue for this one, think beyond the weekly charts. A few more to think about with that one: 55. Tim McGraw's wife. 54. The song so good, it had to be recorded twice. The second time was by Pseudo Echo. 53. The first number one for a British foursome who's leader's last name is the same as that stuff in thermometers. 52. This Indiana native claims it's painful...but he likes it. 51. Biggest hit from this rock act's best selling album of all time...an album you might want to dry off first, or else it could be difficult to hold on to.
