A funny thing about Clay Aiken

There are all those jokes about him being gay, and how everyone knows just by the way he acts etc.

I scoffed at that kind of talk, knowing that we know so very little about celebrities, we only know what we are told.

HOWEVER.....

Did anyone notice if you watched New Year's Eve with MTV that Clay was present when the ball dropped. All the people around there found people to kiss, and Clay mysteriously disappeared at that time. The other guy out there with them ended up kissing BOTH girls out there.

While not an idictment by any means, does anyone else think that curious? Or do some of the Claymates have a reasonable explanation?

He was back with them when all the kissing was done.

Maybe he is a classy gentleman and is abstaining from kissing! Anyway, he claims his album has no songs about sex and such stuff... but his last song on the album, "Touch" is very touchy!

I don't like him. He's the epitome of cheesy.

Even if he is gay (which he might very well be a closet case), he is not obligated to tell anyone of his sexual preferences or not.

Obviously that is his personal life and business. He could keep that part of his life private if he wants. He is a performer and wants to reach his fans through his music. His relationship life can be kept under wraps if he chooses to do so. So personally I wouldn't care less to see him kissing anyone on some music television network.

though i do believe that he is entitled to his private life, being under the spotlight as this star means very little chance for any privacy...

Well for the purposes of this topic, it seems like the board member who started it was trying to figure out something personal about Clay's life. So there was a reason why I may have said that statement which may have seemed like common sense to you. It obviously wasn't for the person who started it. Some people just need to mind their own business. You'd only talk about this rubbish if you have nothing going on for your own life. I personally know that I don't give a flying crap about whom Clay Aiken sleeps with or kisses? It's just a dumb issue to talk about anyway and it really doesn't affect my life.

Oh please, this topic was made just in fun. Everyone including the topic creator knows this is Clay's personal life and business etc. and is a dumb issue to talk about. You're the only one who's taking it even remotely seriously.
