Just wanted to compile a list of songs (as many as possible) that has gotten the radio treatment. By radio treatment, I mean they got a radio mix, regardless of how subtle these versions are. No edits of album versions, extended versions, etc.
Avril Lavigne - My World All Saints - Lady Marmalade Britney Spears - (You Drive Me) Crazy Chantal Kreviazuk - Far Away Christina Aguilera - What A Girl Wants Hilary Duff - Come Clean Jessica Simpson - I Think I'm In Love With You Jewel - Foolish Games Jewel - Jupiter (Swallow The Moon) Jewel - What's Simple Is True Kylie Minogue - Come Into My World Lauryn Hill - Everything Is Everything LeAnn Rimes - Life Goes On M2M - Everything Mandy Moore - Crush Mariah Carey - Bringin' On The Heartbreak Michelle Branch - Goodbye To You Natalie Imbruglia - Wrong Impression Nataliie Imbruglia - Beauty On The Fire Sarah McLachlan - Fallen Sarah McLachlan - Sweet Surrender Shania Twain - Man! I Feel Like A Woman
Please contribute!

Technically "I Think I'm In Love With You" was an edit that was longer than its original version, than an actual remix.
As for other songs that match this criteria:
2Pac featuring Nas: "Thugz Mansion" (to a certain extent) 50 Cent featuring Snoop Dogg, Lloyd Banks and Young Buck: "P.I.M.P." (though some stations play the original anyway) Alicia Keys: "Girlfriend" (overseas) Black Eyed Peas: "Hey Mama" Blu Cantrell featuring Sean Paul: "Breathe" (the remix appears on the album though) Britney Spears: "Overprotected" Britney Spears featuring Pharrell: "Boys" Bubba Sparxxx: "Back In The Mudd" (the alternative remix) Celine Dion: "A New Day Has Come" Celine Dion: "I'm Alive" Christina Aguilera: "Come On Over Baby (All I Want Is You)" Enrique Iglesias featuring Kelis: "Not In Love" Fabolous featuring Tamia: "Into You" (this version now appears on his album as well) Fam-Lay featuring Lil' Flip: "Rock N' Roll" Gorillaz: "19-2000" Ja Rule featuring Lil' Mo and Vita: "Put It On Me" Jagged Edge: "Walked Outta Heaven" (I know not all stations play the remix, but a lot of them do) Jannifer Lopez featuring Ja Rule: "Ain't It Funny" Jennifer Lopez featuring Ja Rule: "I'm Real" Jennifer Lopez featuring Nas: "I'm Gonna Be Alright" Kylie Minogue: "Love At First Sight" Laura Pausini: "Surrender" Lifehouse: "Take Me Away" Lillix: "Tomorrow" Lumidee featuring Busta Rhymes and Fabolous: "Never Leave You - Uh Ooh, Uh Oooh!" (for urban stations and the video) Mandy Moore: "Have A Little Faith In Me" Missy "Misdemeanor" Elliott featuring Ludacris: "Gossip Folks" (the radio version is slightly remixed) Monica featuring Dirtbag: "Get It Off" Mya featuring Fatlip and TrΓ©: "Fallen" (for Urban stations) 'N Sync featuring Nelly: "Girlfriend" N.E.R.D.: "Provider" Panjabi MC featuring Jay-Z: "Beware Of The Boys (Mundian To Bach Ke)" Petey deleted: "Raise Up" R. Kelly: "Ignition" R. Kelly: "Step In The Name Of Love" R. Kelly featuring Big Tigger and Cam'ron: "Snake" (to a certain degree) Santana featuring Alex Band: "Why Don't You And I" Shawn Desman: "Shook" Switchfoot: "Meant To Live" Telepopmusik: "Breathe"
...and the list goes on and on...

Probably could include some rap songs that had the vocals completely re-recorded for the radio version (as opposed to just masking the profanities):
Juvenile - Back That Thang Up Lil Jon & the East Side Boyz - Get Low B.G. - Bling Bling

Tamia: "Stranger In My House": One of the Thunderpuss remixes was a hit on Z100 and WKTU CHR-Pop played Red Hot Chili Peppers: "Californication" edited to make it shorter and I think the same for "Like A Stone."

How were "Larger Than Life" and "More Than That" changed? For "Stutter" there was a video for the original without rap which seemed to flop or never have gone for adds, but I think it was available if radio wanted to play it. The remix was for the movie "Double Take." Whitney Houston and Enrique Iglesias: "Could I Have This Kiss Forever" There are dance remixes by Deborah Cox and Whitney Houston. Britney Spears: "Oops!...I Did It Again": Astronaut dialogue edited out Enrique Iglesias: "Don't Turn Off The Lights": "No Screams edit"

How were "Larger Than Life" and "More Than That" changed? "Larger Than Life" has slightly different music in the beginning. The "Special Radio Mix" of "More Than That" has a slightly different drum beat than the album version, the radio edit contains a syncopated drum beat, while album version doesn't. Plus, the drum beat in the radio edit is more obvious.
