I love soundtracks but I don't own or know of a single soundtrack to where all of the songs on them are good but the closest to that is probably the all-Canadian lineup on Men With Brooms from 2002. Our Lady Peace, Sarah Harmer, Chantal, Kathleen Edwards, Tragically Hip, etc. I can listen to that CD about 90% through without really wanting to skip.

The Rushmore soundtrack. It's just perfect for the movie, and awesome on its own. The whole soundtrack just works so well together. Mark Mothersbaugh does great work on the score, and the selections from Cat Stevens, John Lennon, Creation, Unit 4+2, The Who and The Faces are fantastic.

I like how workers at record labels never used proper punctuation!  Reminds me of the workers at Murder Inc. Do you! "Pokemon: The First Movie," hands down! It introduced me to Angela Via, Ashley Ballard, and Mandah Willa Ford, and it got me even more interested in M2M and Billie! Viva Pokemon! Strangely enough, I have never had a Pokemon card in my life, nor have I ever watched the cartoon. But I will rent the first 2 movies soon because I want to hear Angela Via's songs in them.

Lock, Stock & Two Smoking Barrels is up there - not in any small way because of Ocean Colour Scene's stunning Hundred Mile High City.

"waiting to exhale" is probably the highest quality soundtrack, but I'm partial to the "romeo must die" soundtrack (includes "try again" by aaliyah) and the "dr. doolittle" soundtracks, mainly the second but also the first (second had "r u that somebody?")

I second or third or fourth the A Walk To Remember soundtrack, and would also like to mention Footloose.

"Spice World," the movie, didn't officially have a soundtrack. The girls just used songs from both the albums "Spice" and "Spice World."
My favorite soundtrack is "Josie and The Pussycats."
