Well, I guess I didn't clarify what I meant. No, I understood everything you said the first time. I disagree that they look alike and don't believe that crossed Pete's mind at all, either. So one particular band with certain song titles and a particular style of music signing another strikingly similar band with similar lyrics, composition, and song titles doesn't strike you as anything more than coincidence. Haha, because that's what Nicholas would have you believe. Where's the evidence that this wasn't so? Until you provide this evidence, Nick, guess what? I'm not buyin' it.

That is also a true one, since Pete has said in interviews that the main reason he signed them is because he thinks Panic has written great songs that he wishes Fall Out Boy could have written. They do have similar styles.

That is also a true one, since Pete has said in interviews that the main reason he signed them is because he thinks Panic has written great songs that he wishes Fall Out Boy could have written. They do have similar styles. What I meant to say was that the fact that Brendon looked like Pete was simply another reason on top of many other reasons that inspired Pete to sign them - I was sort-of being tongue-in-cheek, but, hell it's probably true. If Brendon looked more like Iggy Pop than Pete Wentz, I'm pretty sure that Pete would have signed him anyway. It was my way of expressing how annoyed I was that these two wildly successful bands are so similar. I mean, when Jennifer Lopez became popular, there were annoying copycat Latina artists like Amanda Perez & Thalia that scored off her success. And they sucked. I'm not trying to say that Panic! sucks, but if there's a third dance-punk-pop band that breaks out in 2006, I might just drive all the way to Wilmette and break Pete's nose, that's all I mean. I mean, I'm sure Pete would have signed Panic! anyway, but I'm just saying - Panic! can owe MUCH of their success to the very success of FOB.

Pete only signed these guys because he's gay and needed new fuck buddies.

Do I sense a hint of homophobia in that assumption?

That's what I meant. And no I'm not homophobic. Plus I seen LOTS of pictures of Pete kissing dudes to realize he's gay, and not jokingly doing it.

Part of me wants evidence before I take your word for it, but I'm not really sure I want to know where you've seen these pictures.

I wish radio would play the unedited version of this song.

^ Hah. Last video (and single), leaving 5 singles off this album. I really think this is one of the better albums of the year, and many of the songs are radio-friendly. I would've liked seeing "Nails For Breakfast, Tacks For Snacks" as a single though... I wanted "Time To Dance" to be a single from day 1. >:( No chance. Title is too short and simple.

Is it scary that there are fake pictures of this floating around? I'm already disturbed by the number of people creating porn from 80s cartoons.

Come on guys, Pete Wentz is obviously gay. And Ashlee Simpson is just pretending to be his girlfriend.

Best "double poster" ever award goes to computer freak or whatever you're name currently is( which could be another award for poster that consistently changes their screename.)
