I predict #29. This is just a stab in dark, of course

"American Life" really is a horrible CD. It's unbelievable how bad it is. I always give it a chance though. I always tell myself "I'll listen again, maybe it'll grow on me", but it's just as bland each time. With that said, this song is alright, but it reminds me of another song. The verses are good, but the chorus is bland. It's gonna flop. I hope it flops to teach Madonna a lesson not to release crap like this in the future. I agree. This CD is soo bad that I cant listen to anything off of it ever again. I hate it soo much. I despise the American Life cd and any other song that has anything to do with it. Its the worst CD ever from a superstar artist. There is not 1 good song on that album. Hollywood is the only tolerable track (meaning: if I hear it I wont run to the stereo and turn it off as fast as I can). HORRIBLE HORRIBLE album! American Life makes Glitter seem like Grammy Award winning material.

Kind of ironic how she is releasing a song called "Nothing Fails" after all her singles on this album... well, failed. I TOTALLLY AGREEEE!

Adonis,
I know you said you hated this album from the beginning. But didn't you say you liked "Nothing Fails" at one point? If I remember I think your words were "I hate this bitch but I gotta give her credit for this song, it's flawless" or something like that. Did you change your mind?
I also think this album is really diappointing for a Madonna album, but I still love "Nothing Fails" and "Hollywood" and like "Love Profusion" and "Mother & Father." The rest sucks, IMO.

Love Profusion, I'm So Stupid, and Intervetion are and have been the only songs with single potential on the album. Why doesn't she see this? If it weren't for the production on Nobody Knows Me, that'd be a hit, too.

I'm So Stupid at least has a hook. She could've easily released it as a third or fourth single had she not released two terrible first and second singles. Intervention is by far the most radio friendly and memorable song, and Love Profusion is in the vein of Don't Tell Me, although not as good and kind of monotonous.

what's that song where she holds the same note for like 10 seconds, it sounds completely computerized and theres no music? she goes like this "IIIIIiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii".. it's one of the first few songs. God, that's a terrible song.

Even without hearing the song , I will say it will flop. Her first two disasters will keep pop radio far away from this single. Too bad for Madonna! :(

The original has great verses. I hope the remix doesn't ruin it. I guess this song is too "normal" for Madonna. I bet she added computerized effects to her voice and annoying techno sound effects in the song. This is the only song that's close to being good on "American Life", I hope they didn't ruin it.

I can't decide how I feel about this remix. On one hand, it definitely improves its chances at radio. On the other, the song loses a lot of its beauty (for lack of a better word).

I think it sounds great. There's extra guitars in it and stuff, so it really gives it an edgier feel. And its not boring, like the album version.

Why?!?!?! What's wrong with the album version?!?
This remix is just bloody awful; I wouldn't even pass it as acceptable, considering Madonna's standards. If she wanted to release an uptempo track, at least release "Love Profusion" or "Nobody Knows Me" than release this remix.
Very disappointed. Let's hope radio picks up on the album version instead.

Yeah, "Save Target As...". I tried "Open In New Window" and that didn't work either. That really is odd, because I'm downloading right now as I type this.

The requested URL /Nothing_Fails_Remix_Radio_Rip.mp3 was not found on this server.
Maverick probably made them take it down.

For the people who downloaded it, is it a dance remix? I have something titled Ornique's New Radio, and it's really great. I'm glad there's a remix. This reminds me of "Ray Of Light" material.

Well, even though I am a Madonna fan, I'm going to try and look at this from an unbiased perspective. "American Life" I would not call a flop. I would say it performed well under expectations, but not a flop. "Hollywood," yes, but I don't think it was her fault. That was a pretty decent song. So she's got one barely passing single, and one complete miss. BUT, she is going to have a huge hit with Britney. Plus, the season is changing, and radio could be in the mood for this song right now. And Madonna is so... all over and sporadic right now, people will be interested. Just my opinion. I don't think it will be top 10 or anything, but I think it could at least surpass "American Life." Face it 'American Life' flopped no matter how you look at it. I bet if Michael Jackson didnt go platinum it would be a flop! When a superstar artist cant go platinum it's a flop!

Adonis is to Madonna, what radiorules is to Britney. Is it really necessary to come in here several times just to taunt the Madonna fans?... especially when this is about one song, not how successful her album was as a whole.

I actually agree with Chris there. They'll call Mariah and Michael a flop when they go double or even triple platinum but when Madonna is struggling to sell a million copies, they'll call it a "disappointment".

Atleast I can live with the fact that "AL" outsold "Glitter"
