Do you know any stations that are currenty playing 3 or more songs by one artist? Well here is one!

WDRQ in Detroit is not playing three, but four Christina Aguilera songs Guess you know what my new favorite radio station is!

If i am not mistaken, this station is also the leaders for both "Fighter" and "Dirrty"! I find this very ironic considering "Dirrty" was only played for a couple of weeks and then got dropped when it was released, while "Fighter" stayed on the playlist for a long time but never cracked over 50 spins. Guess they are making up for lost spins.

Last year at this time, Z100 had Eminem in its Top 10 (I think) with 3 songs! "Lose Yourself," "Hailie's Song," and "8 Mile." Talk about overkill...

My station loves Justin Timberlake and has his four solo singles on their playlist right now, not to mention his collaberation with Blackeyed Peas.

Also, my station played "Shake Ya Tailfeather" then commercial, then "Shake Ya Tailfeather" again today! I was so pissed!

My station plays probably all of Alanis' past hits and all of Chantal's hits (except 'You Oughta Know', 'So Pure' and 'That I Would Be Good' for Alanis and 'God Made Me' and 'Believer' for Chantal).
They aren't all in the Top 30 or Top 100 most played songs but they do play them as Golds or Recurrents or Currents (respectively).

I remember last year when Avril's "Complicated" and "Sk8er Boi" were both big, Z100 would play at least 1 of them an hour...

So yeah, Z100 is kind of notorious for doing this...

Back in the spring did'nt KPWR in LA play Fiitty songs more than 220 times in a week. I am uncertain if that was three or four different songs. That is 1.25 songs from the same act every hour.

At least it's not as bad as Radio Disney. (Or maybe it was around the same number.)

228 spins for Hilary Duff last week, and that will increase as her Christmas songs hit the airwaves again. 1.35 songs/hour.

I remember when she owned the entire top 5 and had something like 2-3 songs/hour.

But whenever I listen to Radio Disney, I hear Hilary every third song. I used to hear her every other song.
