Is their any function to the calendar other to look at it and figure out what day it is? I how a similar board in which I type in all of my important events (classes ;)) & it's able to remember it for me. edit........I think I posted this in the wrong forum . I think I meant to put it in "Member Concerns"

Is their any function to the calendar other to look at it and figure out what day it is? You can also figure out what day tomorrow is. Or, alternately, what day yesterday was. The possibilities are virtually limitless!

Let's put in birthdays so we can celebrate Angela Ammons birthday every January 11! I tried looking for a way to fill in stuff in the cells, but couldn't. Maybe the admin can.

Yes, I can.
Now the question is, what would I need to post?

I think there should be a topic for calendar entries for user and celebrity birthdays!

He means important dates ;) Thank you for clarifying that. I don't think I can. Not sure if even moderators can change the calendar. I guess user birthdays wouldn't be too hard to put up.

What if Angela comes by our forum January 11 and looks at the calendar feature? She checked out the forum at R&R one time but I made Geoguy delete the "welcome Angela" message to her.

Don't worry, she won't come by, and IF she did for some reason, I am sure she could care less about the calendar feature, let along how to find it. Oh goodness...

How about the date when the boards were first set up? That should go on the calendar so that we know when to celebrate it.

And every Monday, possibly list the Pulse #1 for each week up to that time!
And birthdays of members here. ;) And Halloween. LOL!

Matt, if you're going to enter birthdays, I have about 50 or so of them I can give you thanks to that site I made a year or so ago.

Okay, I just entered a whole bunch of birthdays (and ages if I knew them) into the calendar. If you don't see your birthday up there and want it listed, let me know here.

I think you might want to enter the year instead of the age because you would have to update that every year. Unless of course, you had entered the year and the calendar feature automatically calculated the age for you.

Unless of course, you had entered the year and the calendar feature automatically calculated the age for you. Well, the calendar goes into 2004 and 2005, so all I would have to do is make a new entry. It won't be too hard.
