So where is one of his posts? I can't even find his name on the members page.

How many of those 999 members before him are active tho? I didn't count every member, but I went through the first 25 pages (500 members, basically everyone with an uppercase letter as the first letter of their username plus some of the "a"s in lowercase names, so it's random). Here's the breakdown: # Posts000-000: 184 (36.8%) 001-009: 122 (24.4%) (61.2% fewer than 10 posts) 010-049: 62 (12.4%) (73.6% fewer than 50 posts) 050-099: 33 (6.6%) (80.2% fewer than 100 posts) 100-249: 38 (7.6%) (87.8% fewer than 250 posts) 250-499: 24 (4.8%) (92.6% fewer than 500 posts) 500-plus: 37 (7.4%) I'd say about 50-100 of those names are duplicates though. If you want it another way, the average user has made about 182 posts. If you want to count an "active" user as one that has made at least 100 posts here, I'd say there are about 200 of them.

Hey guys, nice seeing all these usernames. Scanning them made me realize how much I missed all of you. I'm doing great at Sirius and in New York, but I'm crazy busy and haven't had much of a life outside of work. Our good friend Eth IMd me the other night and encouraged me to sign up, so I did and here I am. Amazing that I was No. 1000!
Anyway, I'll try to stop by every once in a while and chat you all up. In the meantime, stay well!

Well, if I do post under multiple accounts, you can probably figure out who I'd target!

The number dropped to 983. Board members are deleting themselves?

No, actually Matt just went on a massacre of members. Why? Maybe delete the inactive ones on the first page, but we need to fool more people into thinking that there are thousands of people here!

Why? Maybe delete the inactive ones on the first page, but we need to fool more people into thinking that there are thousands of people here! ...and if you go into the member list, it shows that over half of them have 0 posts. That's even less appealing.

Yes and it gives you a better picture of how many active members there are.
