What will be hearing in the top 100? Making predictions on current songs and where they will land among the top 100, this should be fun! Outkast - Hey Ya: #9 3 Doors Down - Here Without You: #14 Baby Bash - Suga Suga: #25 Nickelback - Someday: #6 Simple Plan - Perfect: #28, b/c it is on the verge of losing it's bullet. No Doubt - It's My Life: #30, same w/ Simple Plan Outkast - The Way You Move: #5 Beyonce - Baby Boy: #35 Trapt - Headstrong: #34, this song isn't going anywhere right now. Kelis - Milkshake: #24 Those are just the current Top 10's, I'll predict some others later, but I already think I've over predicted several.

I wonder what the #1 song will be, it is likely already out or coming out soon. Perhaps "My Immortal"?

That's a good possibility if it picks up, I'd say if Nickelback was released a little bit later they could have a good chance of getting another #1 song of the year. Maybe "Numb" or "The Way You Move" or maybe Switchfoot could really surprise us all!! There is also "Away From The Sun" that will be out shortly, either way the #1 song is usually out by the end of March.

Those predictions are way overestimated. The only one that could do as predicted might be Outkast since the other songs have all been out for ages already. I hope someone remembers this topic this time next year and bumps it back.
Outkast - Hey Ya: #19 3 Doors Down - Here Without You: #47 Baby Bash - Suga Suga: #57 Nickelback - Someday: #35 Simple Plan - Perfect: #68 No Doubt - It's My Life: #89 Outkast - The Way You Move: #32 Beyonce - Baby Boy: #89 Trapt - Headstrong: #55 Kelis - Milkshake: #26
Remember that Mariah Carey and Boyz II Men were #19 for 1996 with 'One Sweet Day' despite being #1 for the first 7 weeks of that year. It had only entered the chart the middle of November in 1995 so it was a fairly brand new single.

Perfect might not even make the Top 100.

but remember that this is counting the December spins totals, and all of these songs are in the top 10 currently and aren't losing real big yet, plus adding on their recurrent airplay, I'm fairly sure that Simple Plan will still make the top 100, maybe not top 50 though.

I want to be the first to make the prediction that the # 1 song of 2004 will be Linkin Park's "Numb".

Linkin Park will be #2, because a metal/hard-rock song is always at #2 year-end. [jk] (although that has been the trens the past two years...)
