The third single from her forthcoming album 'Free Me'. It continues the 60's theme of the last two singles.
I love it. She's really impressed me with this comeback!

The third single from her forthcoming album 'Free Me'. Sounds to me like they should just release her CD. LOL! That line sounds so off to me.

Yes. They're playing safe I think. She's not an obvious album seller, so they're waiting to give fans incentive to buy it.

It does sounds funny, "third single from forthcoming album." And I do agree with you [MandyfanUK] 100%, Emma and company are playing it safe. "Free Me" the album is out two weeks after "I'll Be There;" the second week of February.
I'm downloading the song right now, hopefully I'll fall in love with it. I love both "Free Me" and "Maybe." :)

"Free Me" was okay. "Maybe" had a nice video, a boring song. "I'll Be There" is one step away from being used as Groove 66's theme song for Downtown Disney.
Corny, cheesy, forgettable.

There's nothing special about this. "Maybe" was worse though.
If any Spice Girl has impressed me since "I Turn To You," it's Victoria Beckham with "Let Your Head Go". That's a catchy little pop tune.

I love Emma's 60's theme - every song has been really true to the decade and pretty catchy, but it's not the 1960's, so it's kind of hard to say that you love any of the songs. Anyway, her effort shows and the originality is great, and each single gets better. The bridges in this one before each chorus are outstanding. I applaud her for being brave, but I don't think she'll sell much singing motown songs unfortunately, even if she has pulled them off quite well.

Just downloaded another song, "No Sign Of Life," from her album. It's so blah.

I downloaded "Free Me". It's boring. Nothing like "Take My Breath Away".
