I thought the lineup of songs from M!ssundaztood and (whatever the name of her new album is) was very different.
I thought "Get The Party Started" was catchy, "Don't Let Me Get Me" was clever and both were infectious.
But none of "Feel Good Time", "Trouble" and "God Is A DJ" are any of that.
I think part of the reason I didn't like the last 3 was that they weren't overplayed - sometimes even mindless drivel gets stuck in my head if played 20 times a day and I'd end up liking it.

Am I the only one who thought "Feel Good Time", "Trouble", AND "God Is A DJ" were all really good and all deserved to make the top 10? (And don't feel like making fun of her and feeling better than her even though I know I'm because if I did it would be some kind of intrinsic jealousy that I delude myself into thinking that all celebrities are vile idiots while I'm an upstanding normal human being?)OK, maybe "God Is A DJ" wasn't as good as the first two, but I thought it was still good enough. I agree completely: "Feel Good Time", "God Is A DJ" and especially "Trouble" are some of my favorite songs of the lase year. I enjoy the whole Try This album, too.

I like Try This too. And I don't care what anyone says; you can say she's stupid, untalented, sucks, whatever...I like it. The fact that radio isn't playing her is something that I kind of foresaw. Radio has been sucking HARD for a long time now. They've ignored some of the best talents in the past year. I've just given up on it radio now. They don't know what they're doing.

This song is probably my favorite out of the three you mentioned. I didn't think it would be all that big, but I'd say it should have been at least top 20.

Maybe God really is a DJ and that's why he didn't play this crap. Nice one! Except someone else used that same insult in a different Pink topic. My God

I guess I'm in the minority with a few others.. I really love "God Is A DJ" and I don't understand what exactly it is people aren't liking about it.. I think the hook is great, very catchy, and I think it's clever too.. the verses may not be quite as great, but overall I think it's an excellent song, and I don't see why this shouldn't be a Top 10 hit
I thought "Trouble" was really good too.. not as good as the singles from the last album, but still should have done a lot better than it did
"Feel Good Time" I didn't like on the first listen, but after that grew to like it really quick, then grew to not like it so much just as quick.. so I understand that one not doing so well.. but these other songs I just don't get it.. same thing with the album, I think it's really good.. again, not as good as the last album, but not this horrible thing people make it out to be.. oh well *shrug*

Someone said that a radio DJ said that if God really was a DJ this song wouldn't be played. Yes. That's what I said. She used that insult.

Yes. That's what I said. She used that insult. How many people said that Pink's career is in "Trouble"? At this point, I think Pink seriously needs to come up with song titles that aren't such easy targets for insults of her crappy music.

Well I think you should stop putting so much energy into insulting other artists. Seriously, you only post in topics of artists you don't like. It's not normal. Say something positive once in awhile. Make a Cher topic or something.

Excuse me, I am just overflowing with positive energy. Check out the Christina topics. Good! Then keep your focus there. If Madonna, Britney, and Pink are so out of your taste, then you shouldn't bother posting about them. Otherwise, you just come off as a jealous fan.

@ Sunny who said it baffles him that people liked the songs off her last CD but not the last 3:
- "Feel Good Time" has an annoying chorus, "feel good tiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiime, real good tiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiime". It's just so whiney.
- "Trouble" just sucks. It's just a dumb song. "I'm trouble, I'm trouble, I'm trouble y'all". and she's trying to be punk-ish, when she's clearly not.
- Don't get me started on "god is a DJ". It's just plain boring.
At least "Just Like a Pill" and "Don't Let Me Get Me" were catchy pop songs. Her latest songs are just boring and annoying

You must work for John Ashcroft. :o Sighhh....ok I'm not gonna argue anymore. Your immaturity is just making this discussion go around in circles. But take my advice and put your energy into talking about waht you like.

Personally, I was never a Pink fan but now she's worse than ever. The only good thing about this song is probably the first verse but the pre-chorus and everything after sucks. "Lover, hey ***k you!" sounds so forced. 'Trouble' sounded so forced. She's not a rocker and when she tries, it still doesn't sound rock. She was better doing the more pop stuff like 'Most Girls' and 'There U Go'. Her whole style is old too so personally, she's one artist that I won't miss. I'm still surprised she's been as successful as she has.

And if you're trying to use homosexuality as an insult, it doesn't faze me. Using homosexuality as an insult to people is something you should be very ashamed of.

Ooh, you're a little uptight. Just relax and don't take it all so seriously. I hope you loosen up in time for Mrs. Ritchie's concert.

Back to the topic... I actually think this is decent. I think if she had taken a break where "Feel Good Time" came and released this as the first single from her new album, it would be a top 5 hit. But wow, it's amazing how quickly the board's opinion of an artist can turn 180 degrees.

I just don't see how they decided to even release "God Is A DJ," it is the worst song i have heard since "Loverboy". I give this song an F. The song is even lucky to have gotten 2500 spins. If i was a radio DJ i would have given the song one spin and then completely dumped it off of my play list. Absolutely horrible.
