The new OutKast song SUCKS. Doesn't sound like pop material, I don't know why people like it so much. I hope Ocean Avenue continues to do well on the charts, that violin at the end of the song is friggin' catchy! Ehhh its okay but I can see why you think that.

Urmm, I think he was being sarcastic :) LOL... when I was viewing these boards earlier, none of the smilies were loading so I couldn't see that there was a ";)" at the end of his post.

Maroon 5 to #1 :) BEP still going strong Avril down to +54 >:( Kimberley down to +52 >:( -And another >:( for if this keeps up she may not re-enter the Top 20. Switchfoot still going Outkast -It's already been said (or at least hinted at): What is this doing doing anything here? This song both sucks and blows at the same time. Sugababes with a <200 bullet -I was hoping this would rise faster. Am I the only one who thinks She Will Be Loved is being released a bit too soon? I would have waited 2-3 months (maybe even more) before releasing it, since This Love is only peaking now and is dead-set to have monstrous longevity.

No I totally agree with you, and if the record label thinks that this is good for Hot AC... they are sadly mistaken. Let This Love run its course. Wait until July to release a new single. This Love will be around for a while.

Linkin Park can possibly rise to #15 by the end of the week! Although there is also a high chance that Blink 182 or Nickelback might overtake them, pushing them to #17. Interesting tho.

that would be horrible, the charts are so stale right now.

The way things are shaping up, Britney could end up debuting inside the Top 40 on this week's chart! She's already up to #45 with a increasing bullet! Another hit i think..

Avril's bullet was up to 84 last night but went back down to 54 this morning. She is going up and down but now mostly down.
I'm quite sure she will go up on Billboard next week but if her bullet keeps going declining it won't be with a lot of places like this week. (She went up 6 places)
If this continues her spins will start to decline next week.
In Canada the alternative stations are playing one of her most rockier songs(Take me Away) from the album as an alternative single to DTM. Maybe they should have done the same in the US.

It seems as if "Don't Tell Me"'s run is over now. . . but stranger things have happened, she may get to top 10.

10 15 CHINGY One Call Away 3660 4832 -1172 24.495 18 16 LINKIN PARK Numb 3443 3618 -175 30.008 14 17 CASSIDY Hotel (f/R. Kelly) 3397 3945 -548 26.537 15 18 OUTKAST The Way You Move 3394 3811 -417 28.133 19 19 NICKELBACK Someday 3362 3461 -99 27.659
Check this out!
It seems Nickelback may stay on the chart for a few more weeks! :o Outkast and Cassidy are looking to fall below "Someday" by the Sunday update, perhaps even give Nickelback a boost up a position or two on the chart without a bullet.
Then, by the following Sunday, Blink-182 will be next up, but Chingy will keep Nickelback in the Top 20.
Nickelback may very well best 3 Doors Down's chart run for "Here Without You" as far as total weeks on chart.
Sincerely, Noah Eaton

Lets hope Someday or some other songs lets 8th World Wonder back into the top 20!!
Me To!!!
Hey Mama this song has stayed on forever how long can it last?
D12 may just peak at #3 with The Reason and Naughty Girl comeing up.
Jessica won't get back to back top 10, just hope it doesn't peak at #11- how many of those songs do we need?

Whoa, This Love took a huge hit this morning! it is barely over 8900 spins, meaning that it will probably lose its bullet by the final update. :( Look at Everytime go! It will make the top 40 by the final update, and it is only on about 65-70 stations! I wonder what will happen once the other stations pick up the song!

Everytime is doing really well.
Avril's DTM bullet is now down to 21. It's a good thing for her that her next single is released to radio on the 8th of June.

I see 5 songs ready to leave the Top 20, and 4 songs about to enter to replace them. Linkin Park and Nickelback will have to battle for that 1 position next week. Outkast will definitely go recurrent. For the record, I hope Linkin Park wins.

I dunno... of all the bulleted songs just below the top 20, I only see Sean Paul as a strong possibility to pass Linkin Park and Nickelback within the next week. Based on current trends, the rest of the songs aren't necessarily gaining enough (combined with LP and Nb's small losses) to pass them. Meaning both LP and Nb could hang on for a couple more weeks. It should be close either way, though. (Personally, I'd like both of 'em to go ASAP.) :)

I really liked "This Love" before and was hoping it would go #1, but I'm getting a little tired of it now. I'm ready for a new song from Maroon 5. I would like to see D12 or Hoobastank at #1.
Someday somehow, Nickelback has to go. The song was added as soon as it was released in Canada, so I'm sick to death of it (plus it sounds very similar to "How You Remind Me").
How sad for "Don't Tell Me". :(

Yeah, but what are you going to go from if not that? Well, how about The Law of Averages? Nickelback's losses over the past 5 weeks: -261 -346 -216 -251 -319 This week, if they lose less than 200 (very likely), they will probably go back to losing over 200 next week. Linkin Park's: -173 -359 -430 -539 -458

Every time I am like, oh, Avril's done, lets mark her peak, she manages to jump from +20 to like, over 100 again. I wonder if she can eventually make her way into top 10.

Avril goes up and down. Her song is really hard to predict.
I don't think we will see her loose spins any time soon.

Once Avril finally loses her bullet I think she's gonna be -1000 in a matter of days.
I really want Kimberley Locke to go a little further. How many weeks has she been on now? Hopefully if her CD has good sales this week she'll get a boost.

I've been thinking she will start to loose her bullet very soon for the last two weeks but that hasn't happened yet. She is going to be on SNL next week and that will make more people hear her song. I'm not counting her out yet. I predict that Avril can go up 2 more places.
Edited to say: The chart got updated and now Avril's bullet is 125. She is now a serious contender for the top 10.
Everytime up one place. That's good.

Avril and Kimberly have both had crazy runs. I'm not sure how much longer Kimberly can keep going, but hopefully she'll get a top 15!!
Who knows about Avril, I don't really think she can reach the top 10, but there are lots of people just waiting to fall out so who knows.
Back to Kimberley she may just re-enter the top 20 with Hotel loseing so many plays!! Maybe her album will help her, but it didn't help Ruben or Clay to much so who knows.
The charts seem so borning- whens some good stuff going to come out?
