I wonder how many Top 40 spins this is getting. Sorry, if you aren't even charting in the the top 20 on the CHR\POP Chart, I don't believe that constitutes even with streaming that it should be even able to chart in the Hot 100. The new rules and system make no sense. It's ineligible to chart on pop radio. It's considered a gold, which are not eligible to chart. If you had scrolled just a few posts up, you would've seen this.

To think that she can potentially get 10M for today (the 25th) since last year she only dropped 2M from the 24th (10.8M) to the 25th(8.4M). Crazy! Queen did that!

I’m guessing this will be in the top 10 for streaming weeks ever.

I’m surprised is still inside the top 10 on iTunes...all other Xmas songs fell off the top 60. Nice hold.

Barring something completely massive and unforeseen, at this point, it looks like this should easily score a third week at #1 on the Hot 100 (surpassing the two weeks her last two chart-toppers got at the top) which would give Mariah the record for #1 singles in the most decades (4) and also extend her leads for the most cumulative weeks at #1 and the longest stretch between first week at #1 and most recent week at #1 for an act.
Merry Christmas also looks like it could top the Billboard 200 next week.

When was the last time that an artist is #1 in Hot100 and BB200 at the same week? Was it Post Malone? How about female artist? Hope Mariah does it. ❤️

I'd love to see Mariah do it too, she is the queen of Christmas after all. Even if Mariah fades in relevance in the general public's eyes (I've had one of my best friends tell me 'Mariah Carey doesn't have any relevant hits outside of AIWFCIY' so....) she will always have this. That's what any singer could hope for.

Songs like Emotions, We Belong Together, Always Be My Baby, Hero...all iconic! That is what any other singer could hope for as well tho, to have something stick to their name.

Officially #1 for a third week and first #1 of the new decade!
Mariah is now the only act to ever hit #1 in 4 different decades.

"would give Mariah the record for #1 singles in the most decades (4)" - this does not have much of a meaning to me though, only current songs should be relevant, because "All I Want For Christmas Is You" is not more popular right now than it was last 20 years, just now they count every breath of a click, so it is not about achievement by Carey rather than the details about technology.

Bah humbug to you as well. Mariah Carey's timeless Christmas classic is clearly more popular than ever 25 years after its release. It's still relevant, and it won that #1 fair and square. She has worked all month to achieve this 19th Hot 100 chart-topper, and again, she earned it. Whether you like it or not, the Songbird Supreme has made history once again. It has meaning to all of us in the Lambily; our Melismatic Mother has become the first act to earn a #1 in 4 decades, the most of any other artist in history. Have a wonderful 2020 and I hope the year doesn't keep you pressed and bitter, because it promotes wrinkles.

Stats are based on facts, not your feelings. This is like the person who said in some Mariah thread the other day that Mariah had no hits after “We Belong Together,” and then refuted the chart stats with their opinion that nothing after that was memorable to them. Trump’s impact! “Fake news”!
