The only reason why it's still bulleted is because of the "Flava of the Month Remix."Β Without it, it'd probably be out of the top 40 now. Does it really matter why it's getting spins? The song is great. And personally, I think the remix with Usher is better than the original.

Broken according to the new R&R chart was played 565 times on 12 stations :oΒ That song is going to need some adds soon or it will fall out of New & Active, but right now it is gaining 98 spins on ? stations. I think it's just going for pop adds on August 9... the next two weeks will tell whether this one will sink or swim.

Does anyone know when "If I Aint Got You" was released? Was it January or February? My pop station always plays the original version. I never even knew about the Usher remix until i heard it on an urban station a few weeks back.

Whoa, it just made N&A then because 12 is the absolute minimum number of stations to be considered (since there are 120 stations on the panel).Β I didn't realize that it was so low in total stations... www.mmr247.com/mmrweb/AllAccess/Panels.asp?format=h1rThere are 121 stations on the panel.

Thanks for the correction. But still, 12 is the minimum needed...

Jeez, impatient much? You quoted his post after an hour.
They stuck with the "h1r" panel.

Has an artist ever had 3 unbulleted songs on the chart at the same time? Looks like Usher may be the first! I don't think it will happen because "Yeah!" might regain its bullet. That would be an even odder feat to pull, though - your oldest song out of three being the only one bulleted.

I remember "Ain't It Funny" did it, and maybe "Wherever You Will Go" because the latter stuck around #18-#20 forever.

If "Yeah!" falls below #20 but keeps its bullet, will it still be moved to recurrent? According to the recurrent rules, it doesn't matter if it has a bullet or not - it should be moved to recurrent. However, as we have seen lately, those rules are used subjectively at times or at least have some "exceptions" that no one really knows about. However, I have a strong feeling that even if it has a bullet and moves below #20, it will be yanked from the chart.

Has anyone else noticed that the gains AND losses for many of the songs on this morning's update are lower than they were earlier this week? I wonder what is going on with that. I also believe that this time last week is when Jojo made the turn from spin gains to spin losses. Is there something about Wednesday that changes these numbers?

What's going on? Maroon 5, Avril Lavigne, Black Eyed Peas, and Britney Spears either hardly gained any spins or lost some compared to yesterday and all their bullets are in the +400 range.

Hopefully the songs will pick up again. All of them are Top 5 worthy and some the best songs on the chart right now.

Congrats to Maroon 5 on their third Top 10 in a row. Is Avril Top 10 yet? It looks like 'My Happy Ending' could be her 'Toxic'. Also congrats to 'Don't Tell Me' for going Recurrent. It may not have been a Top 10 hit but I think it did alright. Not quite a flop for her.

No, and her bullet seems to be dropping and there are quite a few songs in her way. I'm relying on AT40 to boost her spins.

I am not allowed to diagree now? I think "Let's Get It Started", and "My Happy Ending" deserve top ten, but not good enough for the top 5. "She Will Be Loved", and "Outrageous" are dried out 4th singles that i think are only getting airplay because of who the artist is.

Hmm, right now "Yeah!" is bulleted and still 600 spins from #21, while "Burn" is only about 700 spins ahead and losing over 1000. Could "Burn" go recurrent before "Yeah"? Or will they go recurrent the same week? I'm sure "Yeah" will lose its bullet again soon (probably tomorrow) and the loss for "Burn" will probably decrease soon as well, but it would be interesting if "Burn" went recurrent before "Yeah" since it was also a really big hit, and just missed #1 itself.

Yeah but at least "Let's Get It Started" is a new remix. "She Will Be Loved" is off of a very old album. "Harder To Breathe" was released so long ago that this in fact does feel like a 4th single, heck maybe even a 5th.

The fact is it's their 3rd single. And I don't see why it matters anyway.

For Hot AC and AAA listeners, sure they may consider the album "old", but still this is just a third single for them too. But for pop listeners, that certainly is not the case. "Harder To Breathe", the band's first single, peaked in late October 2003. Thus, they have had 3 singles in less than a year. That certainly is NOT a long time to release 3 singles to radio.
