Since the final update last night, Dashboard Confessional and Busted have lost their bullets, Linkin Park and Hilary Duff's bullets have dropped to almost nothing and Gavin Degraw has entered the top 50. Other than that, not a lot has changed.
Going recurrent THIS week: Hoobastank (most likely)
Going recurrent NEXT week: Usher
Going recurrent in TWO weeks: Kevin Lyttle
Going recurrent in THREE weeks: Nina Sky Nickelback
Going recurrent as soon as they drop below #20: Alicia Keys Christina Milian Jojo Ashlee Simpson

Since the final update last night, Linkin Park's bullet has dropped to almost nothing WTF?? What is the deal here? I thought once Labor Day was done, they'd go back to normal. Is this going to be a premature end for them?

I think Maroon 5 will get another 2-3 weeks at #1. I hope Avril peaks at #2, but she will probably get her week at #1, this is her 'Toxic'/'Beautiful.'
It looks like X-Tina's 'Car Wash,' peaked already, I expected this top 20, but I am glad it flopped. Not her best work. I don't think, 'Tilt Ya Head Back,' will get top 5. I think it's a song that gets really old fast and it will peak around #8.
I think Britney could get to #30 by the end of the week, I hope so at least. Her bullet and audience gets bigger and bigger by the day. I want this to go #1 since it's something fresh but I see this around #7.

I want this [Britney Spears' "My Prerogative"] to go #1 since it's something fresh but I see this around #7. Fresh? Its a cover.

Not just a cover, but a Bobby Brown cover!

I hope "White Houses" starts picking up. I'd like to see that song become a hit, but I have major doubts. :'(

1. So Linkin Park managed to scrape together a measly +3 bullet. They look all but done although there's like a 0.08% chance that JoJo, Alicia Keys, Houston and Milian could fall below them by Sunday, allowing them to reach the Top 10.
2. Destiny's Child could possibly reach the Top 10 in their third week out and second week in the Top 40.
3. Urgh, so many nasty songs with bullets.

No I meant that it was just something new. Fresh beats is what I meant, I mean it's different then anything else out there. I didn't mean the actual song itself.

Avril's bullet seems to be significantly dwindling, though. I hope she makes #1 but I have this icky feeling she'll just miss the mark. Damn Moron 5! >:( I hope this marks the end of their reign.

I can't believe Destiny's Child are already the next strongest #1 contenders, nothing else looks like it will take over after Maroon 5 (Not even Avril)---unless Ryan Cabrera picks up, or Ciara continues her steady bullet (that songs gettnig old though).
What's up with the weak bullets for "Shadow" "My Boo" and "Tilt Ya Head Back"? One of them better pick up soon or the top ten is gonna be in big trouble.
Oh and a big OUCH! for "My Place"!

No it won't! They all suck and the Top Ten is better off without them. Finger Eleven, on the other hand...
Good to see Franz Ferdinand's bullet pick back up. That song sounds like a hit and Pop radio better do good by it.
It will suck if My Happy Ending doesn't go all the way. It's one of the only Avril songs that I like, and it sounds cool. I'm already sick and tired of She Will Be Loved.
Go Destiny's Child!

I think Destiny's Child will go to #1 or at least near there.Β Good for them!
I wanted Avril to go to #1.Β I agree with TheMusicMan, I think it is one of her more exciting hits.Β "She Will Be Loved" is kind of dry and boring.Β Although I admit, it the track has gotten a little better with me.Β I guess the hype of Maroon 5 as a pop band and the success of their prior two singles which were way better IMO worked to their favor.

I love She Will Be Loved. I like Happy Ending a tad more and hope it manages to get #1. It depends on several factors and I do not know how many of those will fall in her favor.

I really like this Maroon 5 song. Moreso than 'This Love' but if I had to choose between that and Avril's latest, I'd pick Avril. I really hope she can get to #1. Oh! I also wish Radiosucks was still around just to spite him. ;)
I also hope we're having this conversation in a few months when 'Nobody's Home' is #2 just points away from #1!

Yes, when Avril hits #1 two Sundays from now, we should celebrate it with a temporary unbanning of radiosucks just so that he can reply to "Don't Tell Me: #11, Dirrty #14; My Happy Ending #1(5 weeks), Beautiful #1(4? weeks)"

It looks to me like Kelly Clarkson is a lock for a top ten this week. I knew that song could do it. I have yet to hear it on the radio here though.

For some reason I see Destiny's Child getting ahead of her. It doesn't matter if Destiny's Child passes her. Breakaway and Lose My Breath will be #9 and #10 one way or another. --DanG

It will be close. Eminem is a sure bet to be in the Top 50 by tomorrow night. That means Hoobastank would have to go recurrent to allow LL in. But really, I'd worry about D-12. D-12 are 196 ahead, while LL is only gaining 72. BUT right now Kevin Lyttle is 66 spins ahead of Hoobastank with a greater loss. Also to consider is Switchfoot, who are 133 away. If Switchfoot are able to pass Hoobastank by tomorrow night, then the task of saving them falls to Nina Sky. Does Usher go this week? I know he's not far from it, but I can't remember the exact week. It would take two songs passing Kelly to keep her out, and right now, that can't be done. Unless DC sees a major bullet drop between now and tomorrow night, they will also get in. It's not that hard to do when you're only 131 spins out of #10 and gaining over ten times that amount. ;) By the way... 1) What are the fastest rises to the Top 10 on record, discounting debuts (although I think the only Top 10 debuts have been on AT40)? 2) What are the biggest jumps into the Top 10 on record?

Right now, it looks like DC will take #8 in time for the final update, with Kelly and JoJo at #9 and #10 (although it's too close to call whether Kelly will pass JoJo by then).

2) What are the biggest jumps into the Top 10 on record? I'm not sure if this is a record, but "Thank U" by Alanis Morissette jumped 22-10* one week.

Very low bullets! I expected more from Christina/Nelly, Ashlee, Usher/Alicia and Jojo. On the other hands big bullets from DC, Britney and Eminem.
