Penny, it was the CMA's where she won Female Vocalist of the Year. Can't find a YT performance of it. I had one but they removed it at some point.

I felt that when she was on stage it was strange...about the Country music thing, A Dixie Chicks diss? I thought the comment could have been interpreted that way at first. But Carrie has always been humble, so I don't think she directed it at anyone (including the Dixie Chicks). |
