I choked on a tootsie roll when I saw that picture. Miss Blige is looking a HAM. The name of the song that is on Game's album is called "From the Inside" and it was produced by Dr. Dre and Mike Elizondo. Mary in Sophisticated Black Hair Magazine.

WinZip
It's not worth it anyway. It's a generic club beat with some spoken word poetry over a small portion.

She's working with Rich Harrison (I'm pretty sure she was the first person ever to work with him) and Dr. Dre.

Rich did "Beautiful Ones" for the "Mary" album, and "In the Meantime" for "No More Drama."

The Game has some hype around him in the hip hop community and Mary is the Queen of Hip hop/soul, so its only fitting that he work with her.

She's obviously only using him since "Family Affair" was her biggest hit, but her music during that era was her worst. Besides, Dre wasn't able to get her another hit with "Not Today" anyway.

No More Drama was her worst album but Dr. Dre's one and only song for that album was the hottest one on it. Then he repeated that magic for Love & Life.

I think the problem with not today" was that it came a little too late to become a big hit. Perhaps if it was her 2nd single it could have out peaked "love @ 1st sight" or at least matched it.

she should be credited as more than a eatured artist on the song. she easily out shines him. The song isnt bad at all. Not very exciting but its a real hip hop/r&b collab and she isnt just singing a hook.

I think "Let Me Be The 1" should have been the first single and then "Not Today" should have been the second single. The album would have sold atleast a million more copies than it did and she would have had two Top 10 hits on the Hot 100. "Not Today" wasn't a bad song and a lot of people liked it and wanted it released as the first single, but Geffen screwed up big time with the single releases from that album.

I liked "love @ st sight" a whole lot. I think her and method man worked well together and when i first heard it on the radio i thought it was going to be as big as "family affair." But eventhough it wasnt, i think that it worked well as a firt single that has some hype. grabbed attention and had a dance feel to it. I loved "oooh" but as a second single? HELL NO! >:(

Geffen screwed up big time with the single releases from that album. I think "L@FS" and "Ooh!" were the only good songs on that album. The rest was dispensible. If "Let Me.." would have been bigger, it would have ONLY been due to 50's popularity at the time because the song sucks. "Ooh!" is probably my favorite Mary song since the Share My World album. Lousy promotion was the only reason why it wasn't a hit (and I use "hit" loosely since Top 10 Urban is nothing to sneeze at)

HELL NO! >:( Yes, "Let Me Be The 1" was the one with 50 Cent. There were a lot of problems with "Love @ 1st Sight" as the first single. It should have been left as a hype single. The song leaked something around 6 months before the album even came out. It was already out about 3 months before it even went for adds. It used a sample of a flop song done by A Tribe Called Quest. "Ooh!" was a great song too and very deserving of it's Grammy nomination, but it just was not the best choice for a single. I was hoping she'd redeem herself after the bad first single choice, but Geffen went and made an even worse choice for the second single. Then when the finally go it right with the third single, it was too late. If that wasn't enough, they just wasted money pushing "It's A Wrap" fourth, and the jokes were just too easy to come up with at that point.

Mary never, ever sucks. Her weakest material is lightyears ahead of her peers.
