KELIS WORKING WITH THE NEPTUNES AGAIN! :oOyster Magazine Kelis is on the cover of the latest Issue of Oyster Magazine, where she spoke about new projects including a Double album and working with The Neptunes again. She has two new projects in the Works "One is a electronic dance record, and the other one is a sit-down-dinner-party record" and according to soundsblog.it Kelis is working with The Neptunes on her Dance album including Will.I.Am & David Guetta, Diplo, Boys Noize, The Crookers & Raphael Saadiq..

Congrats to Kelis and I can't wait for her next album. I liked her last one quite a bit and understand that she didn't want people to think she's just the Neptunes' puppet. But she really works true magic with them. Her first two albums were right on point.

KWH should have been promoted better. "Blindfold Me" was good as a single but they didnt promote it. "Trilogy"would have been good. Weekend was the STRONGEST track on the whole album. Surefire single material |

The notion of the dance album excited me. I don't really follow Kelis nor am I a huge fan, but I really did like "Milkshake" and "Bossy." Her doing a dance album sounds really awesome to me. Maybe it'll something I can get more into. |

I hope that just because this is dance, doesn't mean she'll be using the same old tired producers. Kelis is da BOWUSS!
I have a feeling that if she is struggling with cash, she may be hitting something very mainstream... I just hope its good.

He’s currently shooting the artwork for her upcoming new single “Jewels”, as well as her new album. Nothing else about the single besides its title is known yet, but I can confirm that collaborations for Kelis’ new album include Crookers, David Guetta, Boyz Noize, Justice, Diplo & Switch, Jean Baptiste, Raphael Saadiq, Patrick Wolf, and word is that she’s also set to reunite with Pharrell Williams & The Neptunes. |

Oooh, what a promising collective. Barring one or two names, Kelis knows how to stay in vogue. Saadiq has obviously done some excellent work for her but I'm not sure how his offerrings could be brought about on a dancefloor-minded studio effort. I'll assume his name won't even reach the credits. |
