This album will FLOP! I'll be very surprised if it even manages 50k!

I picked this up today. I love it.
My favorites are: "Fern Dell," "Song About Home," "Everblue," "Love to Love Me Back," "Nothing Everything," and "Bug."
Well, the only one I don't care for is "Merrimack River," and even that I somewhat like.

This album will FLOP! I'll be very surprised if it even manages 50k! Her last album only did 30k in its first week, so I expect this one to do even less. I'd guess 20-25k.

If this cracks 10-15k, I'll be shocked. The promo blitz for it was considerably less than Wild Hope and ICBYHADOTW did not perform nearly as well as Extraordinary at radio.
That being said, the album is superb. Everblue is breathtaking.

Just listened to the whole album in full. I absolutely love half of it. That's much more than the one song I liked from "Wild Hope."

Wow, this album is actually really good. I didn't think she could sing anything that wasn't riddled with cliches and early 00s pop vocal affectations.

I liked Wild Hope more than Amanda Leigh. All though Amanda Leigh is a great album!

I can't believe this made it in to the top 10 albums on iTunes (#10)
How much does #10 usually sell?

Got a 75 from metacritic. Pretty good. I'm loving all the positive reactions. I will check this out as soon as I can.

Even I wasn't expecting that much from her! Get it Mandy! (Also I did actually buy her album today, so I'm one of those.)

I'm probably going to buy this, I love her voice and her choice in songs.
I absolutely adored Coverage and liked Wild Hope so if this is anywhere in between I will be thrilled.

Album sales according to Billboard:
950,000, "So Real," 1999 805,000, "I Wanna Be With You," 2000 464,000, "Mandy Moore, 2001 294,000, "Coverage," 2003 109,000, "Wild Hope," 2007 104,000, "The Best of Mandy Moore," 2004 16,000, "Amanda Leigh," 2009
I found her sales figures to be quite impressive, especially considering the fact she only has 1 top-40 hit to her credit.

I just went on Wiki (I know, I know) to confirm that it was "Candy" that went Top 40, but surprisingly it was "I Wanna Be With You". Is that right? The most popular song in her career peaked at #41?
And what is more impressive, if that is true, is that those were the only 2 singles to have actually been on the Hot 100.
As mush as I saw "Crush" on TRL, I thought it was a Top 20 hit for her, LOL.

I was shocked as well to find out that Candy peaked so low yet it's her most recognizable pop single.
