Finally got to listen to her CD. While it does have its moments (the singles, mainly), half of it does sound like left overs from Gwen Stefani, Christina Aguilera and even some Ashlee Simpson in there. Still, I appreciate Gaga for what she is: glam-trash, pop was missing that. Poker Face remains the best pop song from the decade IMO.

I feel almost certain she will sweep the awards. And with what will likely be a standout performance on top of it, this might be an important night in establishing herself as an It girl.

I just bought the album today. I've had it since the Canadian retail leaked last year, but just never got around to purchasing it legally. And I must say, I'm glad I contributed to its total sales as I find "The Fame" to be a strong debut. Aside from the singles, there's very few highlights; but 'Poker Face' & 'Just Dance' are of such a high standard that you can't really complain.

Please, please someone tell me that it was almost impossible to get her old records from her PureVolume page. I am kicking myself for not getting Musicland when I had the chance, so hearing that would make me feel much better. haha. I don't remember seeing it, but was Kandy Life up there, too? I feel like I've searched everywhere! I wish she would make release her older songs so I could purchase them properly.

Yes. She is amazing. Her last album is POP PERFECTION. Makes Gaga look rather ordinary actually though I AM dissapointed she cares so much. Just sit back down and make us some music!

^^ Yeah, I heard them advertising that on TV a couple days ago. I'm going to assume it'll include "Eh, Eh", as there are plenty of remixes around for that song. Not sure about anything else, though... they would have only mentioned those four because they're the only official singles here in Canada. But I'm hoping for more!
