11 (01) Flo Rida f/ T-Pain - Low* *a 10-second bumper parodying “Low” was mistakenly played instead. Seriously, how incompetent are you that you f**k it up that badly? That is ridiculous of them just to play a bumper instead of the song Low. Pop2k plays the song at all other times.

This week’s Back in the Day Repeat is from May 16th 1998, a FIVE-time repeat now, last played (shockingly) in 2020. It marks the first time ever that the 90s countdown has played a chart five times. It doesn't help that this was a truly awful chart, loaded with hardcore rap songs that never got any pop airplay. We should get some short-term relief from the two-year-old repeat cycle next week. In 2020, the next week was a Memorial Day special but in 2022 the holiday is still two weeks away. I suppose it's too much to hope they don't do a special this year, but I'll take what I can get. I think there's only been one year in the last decade where they didn't feature specials for all three summer holidays.

I do wish there was a way they could incorporate the airplay-only hits (Torn, 3am, Anytime) with the rest of the countdown. We should get some short-term relief from the two-year-old repeat cycle next week. In 2020, the next week was a Memorial Day special but in 2022 the holiday is still two weeks away. This weekend I'm hoping for 1993, the year they skipped over for the Easter Hip-Hop countdown. It's been a while since the last time that year was played.

I do wish there was a way they could incorporate the airplay-only hits (Torn, 3am, Anytime) with the rest of the countdown Me too. Relying on the Hot 100 for 90s charts is a joke, as the countdowns do not reflect what you actually heard on pop radio in the 1990s the same way earlier decade countdowns do. This weekend I'm hoping for 1993, the year they skipped over for the Easter Hip-Hop countdown. It's been a while since the last time that year was played. I figure one of two things will happen, depending on whether they are planning a Memorial Day Special. Either they have a special and just air 1999 a week earlier, or no special and they simply fill in this week with 1993 as you say. Either way, once June arrives we're right back to two-year-old repeats.

90s this week is 1999, keeping with the 2020 schedule but thankfully avoiding a 2019/2020 repeat thanks to the delayed Memorial Day weekend. P2K this week is 2002, a new chart AFAIK.

This weekend I'm hoping for 1993, the year they skipped over for the Easter Hip-Hop countdown. It's been a while since the last time that year was played. Well, it's a week later than I was hoping, but that's what we're finally getting this weekend, while P2K will be doing 2005.

Next week’s Survey is a special: the 30 Biggest Duo Hits of the ‘60s! I may have to listen but I expect they might do a top 50. Surprised the 60s is not doing a top 500 like Sirius so turbo is doing. That is knowing how the 60s has done a top three hundred seasonal special.

Next week, it’ll be all about 1985! Didn't they just do 1985? yup. It could’ve been a glitch or something tho, I guess we’ll find out next week. If they do go with ‘85 tho, at least it’ll be a chart they’ve never played before (with a great #1 as well).
