This was never a single, but with an album like 'Jagged Little Pill' that's barely relevant.
It's my fave song on the album, amazing track. Really moves me.

I love this song. Maybe my favorite song she has ever done.

One of my least favourites from the CD but I still love it. Is it about pot or actually a person?

This is one of my favorite songs by her as well. I'm hoping she plays it Wednesday when I see her in St. Louis.
I think Alanis said the song was based on a friend of her's, but also based on herself. So I guess it's about two women with the same emotional issues.
Great song, her voice sounds a lot fuller and controlled than it does on the other songs on JLP.

Never heard it, but I do like "Mary Jane's Last Dance" by Tom Petty.

This is my 2nd favorite song on the album behind "HIMP." Alanis' voice really conveys the emotion in the song. Very moving and unique-anyone who thought Alanis just sang songs about angst and revenge obviously did not listen to this song.

It's odd but since I wrote the above line, I've grown to absolutely love this song and would consider it my favourite song at the moment from JLP, well, tied with 'Wake Up'. I agree with the post immediately above mine.

I like it a lot, but agree it's not nearly the best on the album.
