Must have missed it when I searched for it. Oh well. This deserves another thread.

It's a classic hit with a cool video concept and a great message.

This is one of my favorites from her, but I would place it behind both "Ex-Factor" and "Can't Take My Eyes off of You"

I liked this once. Miseducation was an incredibly overrated album.

I went to an art showcase yesterday and after the obligatory house mixes the DJ dropped this and the atmosphere completely shifted. Everybody starting dancing, singing and rapping out of nowhere as if Lauryn herself stepped into the room. Even the artists themselves who where showcasing their work said f#ck it for 4 minutes and joined in.

This song never gets old. As a 1993 baby, it's one of the first songs/videos I remember happening (This + Heartbreaker by Mimi). The song is too fucking good.

Hey I'm a 1993 baby also and I live for the 90's R&B/Hip Hop. Miseducation of Lauryn Hill is the best hip hop album that was released in 1998. I still play the album after all these years.

I'd say it's incredibly overrated, not sure how it became such a big hit and propelled the album to be a huge seller...

This song will never leave the radio. I still love this song to death. It was getting airplay before the album was released in August 1998. Power 106 and 92.3 The Beat played three cuts from the album prior to the release such "Can't Take My Eyes Off You", "Lost Ones" and "Doo-Wop (That Thing)".

Alright, we're rerunning the show with the unedited version ... one last chance to catch it before it's retired for perpetuity! pulsegroove225.podomatic.com/

I had the CD single with the Gordon's Dub mix. It has a different feel from the original version.

Easily my favorite song by her. Ex-Factor and Nothing Even Matters swaps out that title from time-to-time along with this. This song sparks pure joy and man do I want a revival of live instruments in Hip-Hop.

This song has stood the test of time after 21 years. This is real hip hop not that mumbling crap.

I always hated this song due to excessive overplay on B96 and probably WGCI too. Plus that chorus ("That Thing, That Thing, TTHHAATT TTTTHHHIIIINNNGG!") got on my nerves. I prefer "Ex-Factor" as well as her material with the Fugees.
