It would be nice if this song hit the Top 20 within the next few weeks. Otherwise, Elton's 21-year streak of having at least one top 20 hit every year will be broken.

Didn't he release a single just weeks ago? I forget what it was called but it got a maxi-single in Canada.

"Are You Ready For Love" is an old Elton John song from the 70's that was remixed, like recent songs by the Stones and Elvis.

"The Heart Of Every Girl" is from a soundtrack.
from eltonfan.net:
A new song written by Elton John and Taupin is featured in the film "Mona Lisa Smile".
"Mona Lisa Smile", a film starring Julia Roberts as a young art-history professor in 1953, doesn't open until December 19, 2003. But you'll be able to experience its half-century journey back in time on November 25, 2003 when the soundtrack arrives, with a posse of pop stars crooning new versions of old standards.
The soundtrack for the new film Mona Lisa Smile includes covers of 1950s songs by contemporary artists. It will also contain a new song from Elton John.
Barbra Streisand, Kelly Rowland, Tori Amos, Seal, Macy Gray, Chris Isaak, Alison Krauss and Lisa Stansfield are among those contributing. Sony Music Soundtrax president Glen Brunman says album producer Trevor Horn sought to capture the mood of the period, "so that while the style plays today, it fits naturally into the movie. You don't stop and say, 'Oh, my God, that's Celine Dion.' "
There also is a new song, "The Heart of Every Girl", written by Elton John with longtime collaborator Bernie Taupin and sung by Elton. "They did an amazing job of capturing the era and the aura of the film," Brunman says.
I haven't heard it yet, but am looking very much forward to it.
:)
The complete soundtrack list:
1. Mona Lisa Smile - Seal 2. You Belong To Me - Tori Amos 3. Bewitched Bothered and Bewildered - Celine Dion 4. The Heart Of Every Girl - Elton John 5. Santa Baby - Macy Gray 6. Murder, He Says - Tori Amos 7. Beseme Mucho - Chris Isaak 8. Secret Love - Mandy Moore 9. What'll I Do - Alison Krauss 10. Istanbul (Not Constantinople) - Trevor Horn Orchestra 11. Sh Boom - Trevor Horn Orchestra 12. I'm Beginning To See The Light - Kelly Rowland 13. I've Got The World On A String - Lisa Stansfield 14. Smile - Barbra Streisand
