This was definitely my favorite cut on Whitney's latest album "Just Whitney" in 2002.
I thought it sounded like classic Whitney, and it's a shame that it did not chart better. I know there were dance mixes as well.

Boring. Borderline annoying. Overproduced. The Thunderpuss remixes were really nice though. I loved "One Of Those Days" though and was happy to see that go to #1 Urban Adult.

It's funny that people are commenting on the vocals being good because I remember back when it came out, people were making a big deal about her voice being shot on the song and not having the range or power that her early ballads did.

I think this did show that her voice was shot. I like this song, but the ballads on MLIYL were better IMO. I haven't listened to the album in a while - it wasn't all bad, I was just hoping for so much more. And what a stupid album name. |

Brilliant ballad! The album version was on fire with vocals being top! A shame she couldnt do the song justice when performing it live.
She sung it once live, at the Divas 2003 and she completely destroyed the song. The voice was dead and long gone. A shame... but still I love this song and the video is simple yet beautiful and Nippy looks fab there aswell

Not bad considering it was the last studio song:) This, IMO was the song that My Love Is Your Love was dying for as a 4th (5th if you count WYB) single... it would've performed similarly at pop but it would've outperformed I Learned From The Best at AC It may be my favorite single from Just Whitney, but I like it less than almost any song on MLIYL. |

I kinda liked this. Thunderpuss really turned it out in their remix. Our very own PMB member Quasi recently did a mashup of this with the new Tony Moran mix of Janet Jackson. It's a great update to the song.
Whitney, please come back, we I miss you.

Probably the closest thing to classic Whitney from that album. It was a highlight for me when I first heard that album. Also was sort of related ot something in my life at the time.

This one is okay but Whitney's decline was certainly evident with this track. The Just Whitney album was unfortunately the turning point in her illustrious career.  |
