From 1998, I believe this was the follow-up to "To Love You More."
This is one of my all-time favorite Celine songs. Unfortunately, it never hit the Top 40, only the AC chart.

From 2000 and the followup to 'That's The Way It Is'. (or was it 2001? I forget. The calender year after the fall that the 'All The Way' CD was released in).
It was a #2 hit for me. Her last major single for me (...almost forgot about 'I Drove All Night' tho)

I really loved the Thunderpuss mix of this one. The Dub was really cool with all those robotic vocals.

The remix of this was way better than the slow version.

Cheese. All I remember about this song was that it was over-the-top and loud. The chorus was so loud and crazy compared to the verses.

From 2000 and the followup to 'That's The Way It Is'. (or was it 2001? I forget. The calender year after the fall that the 'All The Way' CD was released in). That would be 2000. "All The Way" was released in 1999, which was the year that "That's The Way It Is" charted. As I recall, Celine was pretty quiet in 2001. She may have had a few hits, which were likely holdovers from 2000, but I don't think she had much of anything in 2001. In 2002, however, she roared back onto the charts (AC) in a major way, with "A New Day Has Come". The title track spent practically half that year at #1.

The new tracks tacked onto All The Way were supposed to keep Celine on the radio while she took her 2 year hiatus. I Want You To Need Me is one of Diane Warren's most bombastic but it does strike a chord with me. Matt Serletic did an incredible job with this one. Was absolutely shocked when Ayla Brown covered this on American Idol this past season. RANDOM!

Celine went on hiatus in 2000 to spend time with her husband, who was in remission from throat cancer. She also had her first child in January 2001. Despite IWYTNM being the most added it's add week Sony pulled the song for some stupid reason. Her only charter in 2001 was her rendition of "God Bless America" from the Tribute to Heroes concert following 9/11. It went top 20 on AC. The second single from ATW was supposed to be "Then You Look At Me," however it was cancelled because TTWII suddenly took off and "Bicentennial Man" (the movie the song was featured in) was a flop. IWYTNM and TTWII was released as a AA maxi single in August 2000 LONG after both songs had peaked.

I was shocked when I was at a bar and saw that there was a video for this. She looks great in it. There is something very satisfying about the way Celine interpreted Diane Warren's songs.

I'm surprised it even got played. The video is included with the All the Way DVD. She also made videos for "If Walls Could Talk," "Then You Look At Me" and "Live."

This is so boring. I don't like any of the new songs on that hits collection.

I'm gonna have to say that THIS is my favorite song by Celine. Although I still love "My Heart Will Go On," "A New Day Has Come" and "To Love You More."
