Bette Midler's White Christmas was left off the R&R AC chart dispite being #19 on the Mediabase chart.

Aren't all Christmas songs extrapolated from the R&R chart?

It looks like all of the Christmas songs are lower on the R&R chart than Mediabase. "A Christmas Canon" was #16 Sunday night on Mediabase but only comes in at #25 on R&R.

Maybe R&R removed the playlists for stations with a certain % of Christmas songs.

Maybe R&R removed the playlists for stations with a certain % of Christmas songs. That sounds about right. I remember last year, the spins on Mediabase's AC Gold chart (all Christmas songs) suddenly fell by a few hundred spins. We figured out it was because they temporarily removed the Christmas stations. This year it doesn't look like Mediabase is doing that, as there are 13 gold songs with more airplay than the #1 current, "Unwell", but R&R probably still is. And looking at Mediabase's format leaders, 11 of the 15 stations they list for Bette Midler look to be all-Christmas.

Yeah, it looks like that R&R is NOT counting stations that are all-Christmas into their chart at all. I checked Christmas Canon on Mediabase and most of the top 20 stations playing it are all Christmas.
