yeah really, what is with the nearly absent amount of promotion they're doing. after multiple flops, your music isn't just going to sell itself.

Well, I'd say, given the negative publicity (especially the infighting between some of the members) they've had as of late, this is what they have ended up resorting to - letting the music speak for itself.
Obviously, this is not good but I have this weird feeling that whatever they are doing now is sort of forced upon them. For instance, they'll agree not by choice to be altogether while performing on stage, but in other circumstances, you could tell that one or few of the members of the group are not up to it as of late.
As for this era, it's pretty much a lost cause - even they seem to think so. Instead of thinking up ways to perhaps salvage what's left of it, it's like they're not even trying. Sure, they stepped it up somewhat with the video for "Hush Hush" but nothing else beyond that...it seems like the overall tension is starting to take over everything else, if it has not done so already.

If this doesn't become at least a decent sized hit , it will really show how little accuracy hit predictor has in predicting hits. i knew hit predictor was inaccurate as soon as i heard the score they gave this song. it's so blatantly obvious. and it is said how this group had become. they used to be such a force and i never would've seen all these conflicts within the group coming. they seemed so close-knit and tight, and i really felt like they were here to stay. but i really don't know anymore...i hope they can pull through. i really want them to release PW, i feel like it will make everything better. |

Well, most artists really can't promote all thorughout their era's because it does become costly. Most do it at the beginning, which PCD did alot of, and then for the rest of the era just do 1 or 2 appearances. PCD usually is one of the bes when it comes to promo but at this point I don't think promo would even help HH. |
