This is the next single according to Mary. I have a feeling this will be the biggest hit on the album. With a commercial single, it could go #1. This is also her first song that could make the pop chart from this album.

I LOVE this song. The beat is incredibly hot, another great Dre beat, and Eve's rap/flow is very tight.
Can't wait to see a video for it
#1 might be too early to predict, but it's a possibility...depending on what other songs are out at that time, of course.

This is definately the most obvious single on the album.
I like this song quite a bit, but every time I listen to it, something's missing. I can't quite put my finger on it, but that missing ingredient keeps this from being a truly great track.
I just have a feeling this song is going to underperform.

"Ooh!" really slowed down again. Thus making it look like this will indeed be Mary's best shot at a real hit, wqith longevity from this album. Despite the fact that L@1S and O! are both far superior IMO.

I wonder if Ooh will top LA1st Sight's peak on the Hot 100. I think Love peaked at #24 or somewhere around there? Or was it in the high teens...I dont think it made Top 20
I think Ooh will still gain a little bit (I am more Hot 100 driven, that is the primary chart I look at) and will peak at around #19 or so.

I think this song sounds great. Dre's killer production is the song's strong point. Should have been the lead off single.

The video had such a messy plot that I couldn't even comprehend what was going on. There was also a really horrible scene where Mary's spirits where chasing eachother around on a basketball court yelling at eachother. It's a really bad video. |

It does seem odd...
I almost got the feeling that "Love at 1st Sight" was just a rush job, to get a single out there and hurry up the pace.
It really isn't THAT good of a song, it's quite mediocre to be a 1st single, actually. It just seemed really weird, too, something about it.
Like it all happened to fast, in a sense.

"Not Today" is going for Urban adds on November 18 and CHR/Pop adds on December 2.

it is defintely going to take a few more listens to warm up too. i am pretty disappointed with the material i have heard off from love & life. i was going to purchase it but i have changed my mind. and i really loved no more drama and expected more from mary. every song i have heard with the exception of ooh has been horrible imo.
