I remember seeing that way back in the beginning of the year. I don't know where to find it anymore though.
I think it was even posted on these forums actually.

I think either will be a hit, but IICHY would have more credibility and would be remembered more so in the long run.

I'm half and half for IICHY and DLMSY. As long as one of them are released, I'm fine with it, although DLMSY tends to sound a little outdated.

Uninspired is the right word for DLMSY. I like it and even jam to it when I work out but its not unique enough for a release. Super safe and heck it might even do better than IICHY but I dont see it sticking out of the crowd or selling any more copies of the album. Better to test out IICHY and see how people respond. Then we can prep for our Fall 2010 album. (will be sad that Cry isnt released though).

DLMSY = BTHE 2.0. It's my least favorite song on the album.
When will Sony get it into their small brains that 77 year-old bald men with glasses and brown suits do not have their fingers on the cutting edge of pop music?

No disrespect to Shooter or anyone else allegedly with "inside" information, but I don't put too much weight into any of these beliefs on here or in KCE about the next single until it actually happens.

I do when they have flawless track records. Shooter does. I don't know that DLMSY is such a bad single choice. I think they need to clear up the track a bit (maybe they can remix it by taking OUT some instruments - it's a bit cluttered), but it sounds like a hit to me. Then again, electro is big right now so IICHY seems like the obvious choice... I don't know.

If DLMSY is indeed the next single, that would be disgusting. That would mean that Kelly had NO input to the single choices this era. The label already had their way with the first 3 singles, why not let the artist choose the final one?

While I suspect you are right, we don't really know how much she didn't want IDNHU. I remember she was vocal about liking the song a lot around the album release, but that doesn't necessarily mean she wanted it to be a single. Not gonna lie, though, the songs Kelly probably wants to release, like Ready, for example, I think would make horrible singles. Mariah's choices for singles are similarly flawed.

She's a smart woman. Cry, IICHY, and AIEW are all good single choices.

She's a smart woman. Cry, IICHY, and AIEW are all good single choices. We can say that subjectively, but in terms of whether they'd succeed, nobody really knows. If Kelly wanted IDNHU maybe that's why she lost control of single choices this era. This is my stance in general, the artist chooses what songs make the album, so the label should make the choices of the first three singles based on what they feel is best and the artists can close the era with their choices (however many singles that may be).

Did Kelly really say she wanted "Ready" as a single? I don't remember that. I know she mentioned wanting IICHY and Cry as singles though.

Isn't that when it first came out that Kelly wanted IICHY as a single. RCA wanted IDNHU. RCA won that one and it appears all the rest.

Congratuations to Kelly's 'Already Gone' for an incredible 5th straight week at #1 on Canada's Hot AC. By the looks of it, she can probably get many more weeks at #1 (and will simultaneously have the #1 song on US Hot AC) :o :

LOL- this so random, but, I just found a hip-hop group called "Physha P Fam" with a song called 'Here I Am', which samples 'Hazel Eyes': www.myspace.com/physhapWhether you’re a fan or not, you’re no doubt familiar with Kelly Clarkson‘s megahit Behind These Hazel Eyes; released in 2005 as the third single off sophomore album Breakaway, the record continues to receive radio play to this day. Be that as it may, Arman “Bebe Boohgz” Dixon and Sumu “Wa Peace” Walusimbi of Physha P have accomplished the seemingly-impossible feat of making this well-worn record sound new again. Here I Am, a cut off the duo’s forthcoming Welcome to NEXT Level Hip-Hop mixtape, finds Boohgz refashioning the American Idol winner’s chart-smashing breakup song into a driving, guitar-heavy beat, and both members match the instrumental’s intensity with high-energy verses detailing their plans to conquer the rap game. Here I Am introduces Physha P as a duo with plenty of potential, and should help build anticipation for NEXT Level Hip-Hop‘s March release. You can also listen here: www.djbooth.net/index/tracks/review/physha-p-ft.-kelly-clarkson-here-i-am/#ixzz0Wz7grCsh

I'm just watching videos from the second leg of the 2 Worlds tour, and Kelly looks so well put together in all of them.

^ If you haven't seen the Baltimore Never Again, I recommend that you do. Best performance of that song IMO.

I honestly liked the way she looked the most during the "My December," even if she was heavier than the she was during the "Breakaway" era. She looks amazing. I also like this performance of "Behind These Hazel Eyes,"
