I don't think it'll make it to #1 on iTunes...there's a lot of competition out now and that will be coming out and if the VMA performance couldn't do it, I don't think it'll get there.
I could be wrong but I see like a #2 peak on iTunes and a #2-3 peak on the Hot 100.

Well The Fame Monster is 24th November so I imagine the new single will premier late october-early november at latest and paparazzi won't be #1 by then.

They might push back that album date a bit, or the single release, to give this a chance to peak. shrugs. :) This will already be about top 5 by late october though...

If they pushed it back then they'd miss out on christmas sales :(
They should have made Paparazzi's adds date earlier, like when LoveGame started to fall.

This has made top ten on the Hot 100, and is going to do very well on POP regardless.
Honestly, if the new song DOES hinder this, I don't care because it will ahve already done so well.

However, I hope she can get another top 10 hit song.
In addition, I don't understand LoveGame didn't do well like her other smash single such as Just Dance and Poker Face...

Do you how long LoveGame took though, I'm curious. btw mid-october paparazzi #1? That's just 3 weeks ago and Paparazzi is more than 5,000 spins away. I hope/think Paparazzi will hit #1 but it won't be that quick!  |
