I guess it's kind of guarnteed that theres only going to be 12 tracks because only 6 tracks have been confirmed to be completley done. That really doesn't make sense. Uhmm, why??? They've only played six songs at all these events for a reason! And some reviewer mentioned that the CD will possibly have only 12 tracks. And 3 singles released. |

I was talking about Charmbracelet; that album has fifteen tracks. The original version of Mimi only has fourteen. I wasn't counting the Ultra Platinum edition. That album is definitely in her top three. |

Oops it was my mistake! I was only counting the 14 original tracks, but I was referring to the "Mariah's best albums only have 12 tracks" I didn't pay that much attention to the second part of you post, sorry ;)

TEOM doesn't come close to the greatness of "Daydream" or Butterfly I disagree- I rank "Mimi" right up there with Daydream and Butterfly. They are my top 3, and I am really sort of unable to decide the order. Really, Mimi is a more consistent album than most of her albums. There are no bad songs. Or, rather, even the songs that aren't as good are good. For me, both Daydream and Butterfly, as much as I love those albums, have some songs I don't care about/skip. |

You'd think they would throw the fans a bone and inlcude a B-side, such as a song that they know won't be on this album or one of her previoulsy unreleased songs. She's recorded about thirty-five songs, and I'd like to hear more than about sixteen. I guess the days of doing things like that are long gone, though. |

Tuesday being the proper release date but of course, some stores like to put it out early, thats proberly why we didnt get no word. Anyway how cool, another way to make OBSESSED a bigger hit, but then again, depends if Mariah still is powerful with Physcial SALES, and hopefully it isnt like only 100 copies or something!

great stuff... this song is surely takin its own sweet time to grow.. and it will grow again next week if it debuts on AT40
actually it doesn't matter whether this song will go up on Hot100.. it sorta has gain radio's forgiveness for the lousy singles released last era.. paving the way for the 2nd single

ill give O till this friday to judge whether or not they should move on to the 2nd single. She could be in dangerous territory where the 2nd single absolutely must be a hit.
i can see them delaying the album yet again to november.
