Thats what ive been thinking back in The MIMI era..that she had problems with songs like WBt, DFAU because of the style, and during that era she NAILED VOL, MAKE IT HAPPEN and HERO.....but BRitne4lyfe that theory doesnt apply anymore because lately she is having problems with songs like HERO and IBT which give her plenty of time to breathe

Again, if that makes sense. @tweetmebaby, she sounded great! DFAU and ABMB were my favorite performances of the night besides the MIH/WBT/VOL towards the end. Yeah, she killed DFAU on the TAOM DVD. |

Oh no! DFAU for me is one of her best on that DVD. Actually all the songs she sings on the center "ring" are awesome. Is Fantasy really 100% live? She just sounds like back in the day and kind of contrasts with the rest of the performances. She nails it! Also Fly Like a Bird. I hate VOL especially for the ETERNAL pause at the end.

The DVD doesn't really do her justice although it is a pretty decent Tour DVD. You really had to be there in one of the concerts to appreciate her voice. It wasn't until I saw her in concert that I became as big of a fan as I am now.

I love the MSG concert from 95... I remember watching that on VHS when I was little, hahaha. I have the DVD of it somewhere, lol.

I kind of take responsibility for starting up this religion argument. Do I regret it. No Why even bring it up again? It's finally died off. I wish there was a DVD of the Charmbracelet tour. I saw her at the Philly stop of that tour and it was amazing. Very laid back vibe at the show, vocals on point. THe band intro on that tour is fantastic. Especially when she intros the keyboard player, he plays a riff, ends on a really high note, and she matches the high note. Bananas. |

Are you guys happy with her current weight? I think she looks great. I don't think she'll ever look as good as last year, but this is miles ahead of December 2005; I don't know what the hell happened there (well, that's a lie; she stuffed her face and didn't exercise), but that was the only time Mariah ever really verged on being fat, in my opinion. I've never been one to criticize her about her weight like some of her "fans," but she looks happy and healthy now. I don't think Nick has any objections.
