The back of my Best Buy reciept says "Opened music can be exchanged for the identical item..." within 30 days. It's possible, though, that the uncensored version may have a different barcode on it, which may not allow you to return the CD for that version. You'd have to check first... or try to somehow trick them. Even if the uncensored version has a different bar code, they still will exchange it. Edited/explicit CDs don't really matter. And the label made a mistake, Best Buy will honor that.

Those 2 Ellen performances are really good.
I am thoroughly impressed by this woman. She seems to always have a dozen different versions of her songs for every performance. She is really good at switching it up. I think it would be really difficult. You know, after hearing "Bad Romance" so many times (and after her performing it the way it is on the CD) I think it would be so difficult to completely change the tune. But she does it. And she does it REALLY well. Amazing.

Does So Happy I Could Die remind anyone of another song? It feels really familiar to me...

1. Monster 2. Teeth 3. Speechless 4. Telephone 5. So Happy I Could Die 6. Bad Romance 7. Alejandro 8. Dance In The Dark
this is by far the best EP ever. Monster was my least favorite track at first, and now it's my favorite. There is nothing here that I skip (except for Bad Romance occasionally because I hear it in the club and radio so damn much.)

I JUST CAME BACK FROM THE OPENING NIGHT OF THE MONSTER BALL.
01 It is very good. 02 It is not as good as the Fame Ball. 03 Kid Cudi never showed up, the f**ker. 04 The start of her show is TERRIBLE. She opens with 'Dance In The Dark', and she's alone in smoke doing slow motion movements in true GaGa fashion, and that works. It builds anticipation, etc. Then the opening notes of 'Just Dance' come in, and you think you're in for a hell of a ride. You're not. During the entire song, plus 'Boys Boys Boys' and 'Beautiful Dirty Rich', she is boring as f**k. I was so f**king pissed off. She really shines when she does The Fame Monster material; you can tell she is sort of over her debut. 05 USELESS PERFORMANCES. I can't believe no one told her? 'Fashion' and 'Beautiful Dirty Rich' do not need to be performed ever again. 'Telephone' (the only TFM song she omitted) and 'Starstruck', on the other hand, should be. 06 The show is not a high energy Beyoncé-like show. Sure, she dances but eh. It's more of an "aesthetic above all" thing, with slow, theatrical movements and crazy outfits. Yet she asks us to jump and put our hands in the air and shares a bunch of random, coked "deep" reflections while calling us her monsters at least 70 times. Which leads me to believe she is unsure how to treat an arena and is torn between her usual, smaller concerts and her big award show performances. 07 She is insane and talks about death and yells at us to scream louder for her or she'll die, she thanks her fans about 83 times, she lies on the floor and says 'f**k' every other word, she repeatedly reminds us no one believed in her but now she's "f**king Lady Gaga", etc. It's very obnoxious, very cute, very Gaga. 08 The aesthetics are unbelievable. Her costume changes are endless and there is nothing to keep ADD watchers interested. Only slow-moving projections. They are absolutely stunning. The stage setup is just as pleasing, it allows for beautiful lighting/space effects. And above all, her clothes. In the projections, in the show. Ugh, she kills me. It's all so perfect. So beautiful. 09 The black boots will kill her. She slipped approximately six times and fell flat on the floor twice. 10 No Gaga fan should be disappointed. At least once the fifth song kicks in.

Thanks for the review vinyl!!! I'm excited, she's still trying to figure this all out and as you said adjust to the arena venue. It will be interesting to see supposed to go on 1/3 not for sure cause they're through a friend cause the show sold out in minutes here.

Ok so she's not performing "Telephone"? Isn't it the second single?

It is very good you say? Are you sure you didn't mean to say "not very good?" Wow. Thanks for ruining ANY expectation I had to see this with just that one post. Kid Cudi, a no-show? WTF? GaGa boring? WTF? I don't even know where to begin. I will just stop now and start figuring out who I can sell my ticket too. Whoops, I forgot to lament the fact that Telephone, my new favorite GaGa song, was not performed. Maybe I will get lucky and she will perform it in Boston. Maybe she doesn't love her fans in Montreal? Also, the place she has a 2-night gig at in Boston is the Wang, which is an intimate theater not an arena so maybe you got shafted.

Hey don't hate, Canada and New York are her favourite places to perform. Because she got her first number one here. And if you don't have an arena show, it will be five million times better. I couldn't help for long for the Metropolis, where I saw her in March. It looks like a very rehearsed show, though, so I don't know about 'Telephone'. I'm a bit of a critic; I wanted to make it clear that even if I bitch, it's a very good show. Kid Cudi will show up for you, no worries! He was just way late. He arrived to do 'Make Her Say' with her. And Gaga was only boring for a short period of time. My theory is it might only be because it was the first night of her tour. Killer vocals, killer clothes (literally, she wears only guns at some point), killer visuals... And she does connect with the crowd more than many artists I've seen in an arena. DON'T MISS OUT. Thanks for the review vinyl!!! I'm excited, she's still trying to figure this all out and as you said adjust to the arena venue. Yeah, I could see that. As the tour progresses, I'm sure she will improve.

Can 'The Fame' be nominated for Album of the Year at the Grammy's or is it not qualified because it was originally released in last year's window?

It can be nominated for this year. Fame Monster is eligible for 2010 I think.

I don't know if anyone else is having this problem but The Fame Monster is more quiet than every other album on my iTunes. When I play any song off TFM on my iPod I have to turn the volume up a notch. Her voice is quiet in the tracks. Is there something wrong with my album or is anyone else noticing the same thing?

Did people forget she just scrapped an extremely hyped tour with Kanye (thanks to his own drama), and had to prep a new show entirely in weeks. I'm sure as the tour progresses, all will fall into place. Chillllllll.

For some reason, So Happy I Could Die gives me an "I Need Love" (LL Cool J) vibe. I think he could fit in a rap somewhere if she wanted to do a remix. I think it could be hot and could get GaGa played on Urban.

lmao @ fake cigarette. Is it like those electronic ones at the mall to get people to quit smoking?
ANYWAY, I officially have my ticket for January 3rd, I'm so fucking excited considering tickets were sold out and I didn't think I stood a chance.

I'd die to see her live. She's not even coming to Texas that bitch. I'm over her not doing Telephone. It'd probably be too hard to impress people live since the song is epic.

I have a feeling The Fame will end up on 2Mill. It would have DEFFINATLEY gotten there had they released another single or two from it, and held off on the sophmore effort. I would have released Starstruck.
I hope TFM can atleast hit 1.5Mill.
The Fame Ball was in clubs and theares yes? She was use to performing in those venues. I cannot wait to see this show in March, in Australia, as it should be well perfected by then.
LOVE the LoveGame, Boys Boys Boys, Alejandro, Monster ordering. ALl songs relate to boys and the love/hate relationship she has with men.
