Pink actually was great, though, lol. My second favorite of the night. I hope GaGa can sweep next year, with 'Bad Romance' and everything.

They did that too to Mariah Carey, her wins were not televised yet the same category was televised the following year.
Gaga wins should have been televised. I dont watch Grammys anymore, hopefully the ratings is down

I do not take the grammy awards serious anymore. They are no longer prestigious in my mind. Artist like Lady Gaga are overlooked by them. They don't take artist like her serious, but they LOVE Beyonce. They couldn't deny her those awards, so they gave them to her. For this reason, if she never wins big in the future, I wouldn't be upset.

GaGa won two awards though! No need to be upset. So many artists DIDN'T win a thing and have never won. GaGa is blessed!

She won the appropriate awards for being one of the primary artists responsible for bringing dance and electropop back to the mainstream in the U.S. The expectations that she would win in the general field were quite a stretch. BNA would have been the only cakewalk for her in the general field had she been eligible.

You'd think he hadn't won a single thing from the reactions here. I would've liked to see her win some in the general field, but she was never a given for any of those awards. It sucks that she was cheated out of BNA but I'd say Bad Romance & TFM are already set to do big things next year.

I don't think GaGa was cheated out of a BNA nomination. It was her label's fault by submitting "Just Dance" to the Dance field and pushing it to get a nomination, which led to her ineligibility. Labels need to take note from Beyonce's label, Sony/Columbia, and submit properly.
I don't think it's a big deal that Gaga didn't receive any awards at the telecast. Mariah and Usher didn't accept any of their awards either. She was never a real front-runner in any of the general field categories. No surprise there. At least she won two. Dave Matthews Band didn't win anything.

GaGa should have submitted "Love Game" or "Papparazi" to Female Pop Vocal and she may have won!
I also noticed that the explicit version of The Fame Monster is available on iTunes now.

I can see the frustration Gaga fans have, they should have televised one of her categories, it would jave been appropriate. 2 of Beyonce's and 2 of Taylors categories were televised, I definitely think they should have removed Taylor's first win, and replaced it with a dance category. OH WELL at least she won some!

No, Taylor's Country Album win deserved to be televised as her general field win wasn't sold. If anything, they should have bumped that Comedy bullsh!t and given Gaga a televised win in Dance Recording.

2 Grammy's is fine for me. TFM >>>> TF, so if the Grammy voters are smart, TFM should get some big nods next year.
I agree about Paparazzi and the Pop field. It had a huge shot to get nominated at least. LoveGame, not so much, it had more like a Dance field vibe, and we all know Poker Face > LG.

Anyone know when the second US leg of the tour will be?
Just dowloaded the audio of her grammy performance - great but better when you're watching lol. Still my favorite of the night.

Speechless ft/ Elton John as the third single please.
I really loved Elton Jogn in it at the Grammy's and it would be great if they actually did a studio version and released it :) Unlikely but great none the less.

Lady GaGa should create her own colony for her monsters to live on, it could be epic.

I don't know about 'Speechless'. I'm kind of getting vibes that she won't release it anymore, otherwise why is she performing it frequently? If she wants it as a single, she should hold off performing it until it's actually released. So yeah, I'm just kind of getting a feeling that she won't release it anymore.
I just noticed that 'Paparazzi' is 2X Platinum as well, so congratulations to her on that! Has 'LoveGame' hit 2X Platinum yet?

Oh and I wonder how it will chart. The Haiti performances were combined with the originals but this is a medley so where does it go?

You remember in the mist of this thread where I posted a pic of Lady Gaga's Fame monster album cover and she had her hair in a specific style and I asked people what did it remind you of? And I said the metropolis hair, well watch this video.
Poor thing is nuts. I am going to DESTROY her soon. *slithers back into the lightness*

I bought the edited version on iTunes when it came out, but I wanted to get a hard copy to support her, but I don't want to get another one if it's edited, so I was wondering if the album is still edited in stores or not?

I heard on the radio tonight that she purchased the piano from the Elton John duet at the Grammys.

I really think that "Alejandro" should and maybe will be the next single after "Telephone" runs it's course. The weather will be warmer. It's a windows-down, feel-good type of song. She needs to slow it down and not release "Monster" next. Save "Monster" for the summer time and end the era with "Speechless" if she felt the need to release that song as a single. I feel "Alejandro" will do well, plus it follows "Bad Romance" on the album and was sure to be heard by many already. I am on TEAM ALEJANDRO for the next single!
1. Bad Romance - uptempo pop/dance 2. Telephone - uptempo pop/dance 3. Alejandro - midtempo pop 4. Monster - uptempo pop/dance 5. Speechless - ballad to end the era with
Does that sound good? I hope GaGa releases these songs. I personally am burnt out on Speechless and would replace it with "Dance In The Dark". But then, she will be releasing her 1st single off her 3rd album. I wonder if it will be called and if she will still use the words The Fame in there...I personally think she should have a self-titled album or an album called "HAUS of GaGa" or just "HAUS"...
