I expected the song to reach top 10 on iTunes after the Oprah appearance, is that still realistic? Anything is possible, but I see this song reaching the upper teens on iTunes at most for right now. Oprah's audience tends to buy full albums and as a result Adam's album sales are benefiting the most...both editions of the album return to the top 50 on iTunes and his album sales are up over 450% on Amazon.com. Maybe if he performs this on Idol he has a shot of hitting top 10 on iTunes...also more radio adds and spins will definitely help! |

Oh and yes, Oprah's audience is mainly the kind that buy albums, not singles. His album sales have had a huge boost thanks to Oprah.

The first semifinals results show is on February 25, but I don't think they would have Adam back on that tiny soundstage where they tape the semifinals, if that's going to be his only return to Idol this season.

I don't know about the Hot 100, but the album has been bouncing around #30-40 on the BB200 for the past 2 months.
FYE the album moves up to #37 on iTunes (Deluxe version). Standard version holding steady at #50.

LOL. This thread is a mess. It's almost like I'm reading a thread on Idolforums. Ahh the encroaching of the fan girls. But the thing is, all the other threads have discussions like this, should Adam's thread not have any sort of fan discussion even though when it gets down to it spins, sales and adds are the biggest topic of discussion? |

I went and compared WWFM with Orianthis track Ackording to you and LLWD when it comes to adds when hitting #30 (both are new artists). WWFM: 75 ATY: 84 LLWD:83 So yeah WWFM is a bit low in adds. Maybe it has climbed the chart from 40 to 30 quicker, I don't know. |
