I'd rather get a re-release. That way we get new material and an increase in sales for PF, which can help it cross that 2 million mark and be one of the very few female rap albums to achieve such a feat.

Looks like the album is about done. "Fly" won't help sell much. And she isn't releasing anymore singles from this era. I love Nicki to death, but I'm glad Missy is still #1. I don't think Nicki quite deserves it yet. Missy put it hardcore work!

I was hoping she could sell close to 2M by year's end but I think with xmas sales and FLy possibly impacting a little bit it will sell 1.7-1.8M. As long as they certify it 2x platinum, then when they release her next album at the top of next year, they can aim for 2.1M+. She really has built her fanbase since last year around this time. She also won't be the first female to have the #1 rap album in any year since Weezy is going to surpass her in a couple of weeks. Again, maybe her second try she can claim both achievements. |

Yeah, I agree. Fly isn't doing what I expected but it's okay. She needs new material out, this era seems too long now. As long as she gets that 2XP certification, I'll be good.
