Also, Adam tweeted he has been booked for Idol but it's "a ways off"....so I'm guessing April or May. Which means the song will have virtually no promotion for the whole month of March while Adam is overseas. Let's see if it makes it to the end of the month. If Adam is performing in AI in April or May I don't think he will perform WWFM.. I think he'll perform his next single. RCAMod also said in the past that they planned to continue to promote WWFM until at least the end of March, April or May are after.. I don't think he'll sing "Fever" in national TV in the US any time soon, the US is much too conservative for that  , so I think the next single is a tie between IIHY and "Sleepwalker." If the performance is around the end of April, I think that by then, considering the promo he'll have in Leno soon and the VH1 concert that has yet to be aired, his album will already sell around 650K-700K, so personally, I'll choose "Sleepwalker" as the next single even if it's another mid-tempo, because I think it could generate more sales than IIHY from a AI premiere, and IIHY as a 4th single later on. I agree with this. I think a lot of people are forgetting about his international sales for this album. It hasnt been released in several major markets yet and he will do very well in some of these markets (UK, Japan, New Zealand, Australia, Etc). I think he would be wise to go with Sleepwalker next, its more radio friendly, and he needs another radio hit to establish himself. IIHY would be great IF they give him a 4th single, but im still afriad many audiences wont test well with that song. |

Considering how WWFM is doing and considering Adam sold out his first solo concert before twitting about it or before an announcement about that concert appeared in his official site, that he sold out the second and got booked for another a day earlier, and that his team was now, according to rumors, contacted with a request for another concert that he has yet to approve, I think he's doing fine.  run-on sentences are cool. And your post sure has added to the covnersation.. a lot.  |

Going back to the actual song, it was my bad on the OHP spin. Could have sworn it didnt get one last week. Definitely makes the update look a lot better, though its still not keeping up with the songs that it was on par with a few weeks ago (BBB, Baby, Breakeven). |

Back to topic please? Good update with 0 new OHP spins today. BBB and "Baby" have over 130 adds each, "Breakeven" has close to 120, WWFM doesn't even have 110 yet. They passed him because of their adds and if Cumulus add this week, it will later be much easier to catch up. |

Yay up to #18 on pop and #19 on hot ac...top 20 on two formats!
Two Long Island, NY AC stations just added him (WALK & WKJY) causing him to jump from #88 to #39 on the overall AC chart. Perhaps more stations will follow suit and he can go top 20 on this format as well!:)

The #1 song (Michael Buble) has only 2,000 spins. All he needs is like 3 or 4 stations to add him and he will probably go top 20 lol. |

First it was one poster predicting doom for Fever, because she, personally, did not find it catchy. That was so irrational that I assumed it was an anomaly. And then there was a group of people who had never met Adam coming to conclusions about Adam's personality. I thought that was really weird, as personality is hardly an objective thing, and disagreement is, to put it mildly, possible, even among very close friends. And then it was Adam's looks. It felt like no one had heard the saying "beauty is in the eye of the beholder." Now it's English as a second language, in response to what, exactly???? OK, starting a sentence with a preposition is not acceptable, but English is MY second language lol, so, whatever. It would be so very, very nice if people stuck to interpreting numbers. Is there something wrong with looking like a woman? As a woman, I'd say not, but maybe on that person's planet, it's a huge insult. I don't know. Btw, did the person making that statement LISTEN to the song being sung? |

Even though he sang WWFM at Leno already, it was a different Leno show, lol, but they chose MA so.. |

It would be so very, very nice if people stuck to interpreting numbers. Heh. Welcome to Pulse. Seriously, I suggest everyone take a nice trip into the threads of other artists. Especially non-Idol related ones. Pick any big Diva type female, or any big pop star. Adam is not alone. This is the culture of these boards. That said, this song is not looking very number one to me at the moment, but it sure could get top 10 is Cumulus comes on board. I guess we'll see soon enough. I bet RCA is sacrificing virgins as we speak. LOL |
