Monica will be fine 2nd week. She might benefit from the Usher and Erykah releases. Someone who is picking one or both of those albums might help Mo out and buy her album. She'll be straight.
Glad to see Melanie Fiona back in the top 40 so far. :)

Bieber's album is actually getting solid reviews and has a high Metacritic score. I'm surprised it didn't sell more. I was thinking at least 300K for him.

I wasn't making any sort of connection between the two. I just thought the album would be selling more. And that the music is actually getting praised by critics as everyone is trashing it in this thread.

Miley Cyrus was 14 when her album Meet Miley Cyrus hit #1. I believe LeAnn Rimes also had an album hit #1 at a younger age.

Monica = more proof that urban sales will now only come from urban radio, forget pop, they cant even sell Rihanna discs anymore, and that chick is only suffering because she's associated with urban, everything she's ever done has been for pop radio. ^ Well, so it's Miley then? ??? Leann was 14 years, 5 months and 14 days old. Miley was 14 years, 7 months and 4 days old for Hannah Montana 2/Meet Miley Cyrus, and over 15 and 1/2 for Breakout. If you count the first Montana soundtrack, then all soundtracks count and I can find you multiple 12 and 13 year old's who've been on #1 soundtracks/compilations. But Leann is still a tramp! |
